This gym, though convenient in location and hours, was a disappointment. The cost of membership is very pricey and the staff there are very rude. The staff hours are clearly listed, but you will rarely find staff there during the hours. This made it difficult for when I had questions about my membership or having visitors. The wifi is unreliable and the space feels very cramped. The machines they have there are very nice and top of the line which was appreciated, considering how much you pay for a membership. Even though the equipment was nice, that is not the only aspect I look for in a gym. I will not be renewing my membership here.

I had an issue with how the current manager John was speaking to me, so Ireached out to let the owner know. Now I have been locked out of the gym, as a paying member. No reply from the owner on why this is happening. The gym was friendly and clean when Kim was the manager. I have also had great experiences working with the trainer, Amanda. Im not sure why the business is being ran this way now.

As a fitness industry consultant, having been in 100s of fitness centers around the U.S., I was totally underimpresed with this club. Considering the local economy, I found not only the pricing to be exorbitant but also the 18 month contractual requirement was a hindrance. I would not join this club. .

Expensive, if you work first shift then forget about trying to talk to someone or getting in to cancel your membership. Also on the contract they sneak in there that they will automatically resign you up if you dont go in and cancel it. Ridiculous.
