Ill give them one thing, they are polite when they talk to you. They however completely misrepresented what the cost of the repair would be, then give me a final cost of over twice the estimate, then after I question it they say they minutes labor for part of the work. I get my car back on Friday, the next time I start it it wont work, they tell me there is no guarantee for the work so I should pay to get the car towed back and pay for what the new work was going to be done.

Unbelievable. New car inspection..... Quoted me $2000 for repairs thats werent needed. Got a second opinion elsewhere and only spent $700. Most of the things that were in the original quote to be replaced were actually brand new (according to the shop that provided the second opinion).... since then, the car has been running beautifully. This is a shady way to do business Harris Automotive. I will not be returning.

Left my Jeep in their care numerous times and always fixed. Needed a new exhaust system and O2 sensor. Took it to Monroe Muffler and they tried to charge me $1300. Took it to Harris and they nearly cut the price in half. Only bad thing is Ive never dealt with a company thats so bad at calling you when your vehicle is done or answering their phones. Called 4 times today and not one answer.

After taking my Nissan to Germain numerous times, forking over $1200 to them, and still not fixing my car, I took my car to Berberich Automotive. I have taken my car here a couple times over the last few months and they are wonderful. If they do not have a part that they need, they order it. They go out of their way to make sure your car is fixed. I am very, very happy with their service!

These guys are great. They have saved me thousands of dollar that I would have paid my dealer. Been going here for a few years now and Im telling I TRUST HARRIS AUTOMOTIVE! Took me many years but Ive found my go to repair shop. Unless you have a family member that can solve your car problems this should be your shop.

Thanks so much for your fast and friendly service. The truck was unsafe to drive with all the work that needed to be done. You guys made only a penny off the deal compared to all the parts that the truck needed. Thanks for getting the truck in the shop and out the shop the next day.
