So I took my car in and told them cylinder 5 was misfiring on my Buick, thanks to my handy OBD tool. The mechanic told me no, its a random misfire on all cylinders, and he was 100 percent sure changing the spark plugs and wires would fix it. I was relieved! After changing them, it had exactly the same problem. Then, the owner tells me if I sign the car over to him, he wouldnt charge me! What a deal. I admire theyre money-making skills, but I certainly cant recommend them.

On Thanksgiving holiday from Chicago in our Chrysler Town and Country. Check Engine light came on Thursday night. The local Chrysler dealer wouldnt look at it until Monday. Tried the Mack Auto Center and had it diagnosed and repaired for a reasonable price in all of two hours Friday. Sam at Mack explained everything and we are on the road again! Thank you Sam and crew!
