Im from out of town so my car wasnt use to Ohio weather needless to say.. my radiator exploded i brought my car to Kceps because of the reviews. they did a great job i got a new radiator and thermostat.. 500 dollars kinda high but ok , now a few weeks later my car is heating up again and now they asking for $600 .. i have a older car so obviously i dont make an extra 1100 for auto repairs per month, so i declined the work.. the mechanic said it was a gasket, i took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, they advised me that the particular gasket doesnt really ever need to be replaced, researched online.. same results.. so what to do??? also they hold ur car hostage for days.. the both times i visited this place i had to leave my vehicle for 3 days .. if they were busy they couldve told me to come back i really need my vehicle and i cant afford to leave it one night let alone 3 !!

K-Ceps Service Center has been a life saver! I have taken my car here for many years. They have done exceptional work on all of my vehicles. They get me in and out in a timely fashion every time. Plus, who doesnt love quick and affordable service! I would much rather take my vehicle here, than to a dealership! The staff was so courteous and they accurately diagnosed and fixed the issues with my vehicle. Mike & Jeff are wonderful!! They both were very knowledgeable, and they made sure to update me every step of the way! I would definitely recommend!

Performed brake work on my truck. Have had worse audibles and problems since. I took the truck back twice, and was told that basically "it would buff out". After buying new tires today, was told that my recently replaced wheel bearings were destroyed. Now Im replacing my wheel bearings that KCeps just recently replaced, and looking into re-doing the brakes that they cobbled on as well. This place is garbage, and I would not recommend to anyone.

Incompetent mechanics or extremely dishonest. Stick with oil changes only if you have to but I will never return even for that. They take on work which they are clearly not capable of doing right. 4 vehicles in for various mechanical repairs and all had to come back multiple times and none of these vehicles were ever the same...still messed up. I just got tired of coming back all the time and will never return...even for the simple oil change.

We had an excellent experience. We had regularly scheduled 100,000 maintenance preformed on our Honda Odyssey. They got us in within 2 days (would have to wait over a month at the Honda dealership) and the van was done the same day. The cost was also less than I had been quoted elsewhere. Staff was courteous. We will definitely be back!
