Action Plumbing is our hero! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jim and his team. We called Jim a few months back to assist with a problem we were having in our half bath. Because of our positive experience this past fall, we reached out when an issue arose again. We highly valued his honesty, thoroughness, and expertise and knew he could help us solve the problem and get the job done, right! When we contacted Jim, we had identified an odd smell in our home that was coming from somewhere in our laundry room. It would come and go and was really hard to pinpoint. Jim took the time to discuss the problem, listen to past history and our concerns and walk around our entire home to better address the issue. Because of Jim’s thoroughness, we were able to identify and fix the issue. Action Plumbing has done all of the plumbing work in my place for the past three years. This included replacing my dated water tank and also fixing many "mistakes" that Ive made. They pay extreme attention to detail, perform very high quality (doesnt require rework) work, and are available pretty much all the time.
