I am a disabled Vet and had used another service for a recurring problem with my main drain line in the past. I stumbled on this web site and since it is Vet owned felt an obligation to put my money with people that had great reviews and were Military Vet owned and operated. I was not disappointed and would recommend this company to anyone that needs their service. They were prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job. Matt explained my options and gave me suggestions on things I could do to prolong a call back. My problem is that I have a belly in my drain line and the cost of repair would be huge and no guarantee it would work. So I will have the line cleaned as often as needed. I found this company to be honest and no up-selling as with previous companies. Give these guys a try and from this old timer, you wont be disappointed.

Called and spoke to Matt. I explained how another company was out the day before and said we needed expensive hydro-jetting, but that I had doubts. Over the phone, Matt quoted me the price for hydro-jetting and rodding, but suggested it would be best to run a camera through it first. Matt was out a few hours later and determined we only needed rodding, which was half the cost of jetting. Not only that, but his cost to jet, had we needed it, was 6 (yes, six) times lower that the price the first company quoted me. He easily could have taken advantage since he was called for a second opinion, but did not. I feel confident in both his work and trustworthiness and will use Moen Brothers again.

Solution: Call Moen Brothers We had an emergency and Matt was at our house before we knew it. He fixed our broken pipe and offered suggestions. And even though it was the middle of the night after Valentines day, Matt charged us what we thought was a VERY reasonable price. The Moen Brothers Plumbing company has earned our business for all future emergency and non-emergency plumbing needs. I already added the number to my phone book. I cannot recommend Moen Bothers Plumbing enough! I am a new condo owner who experienced problems in my guest shower due to lack of use. It only ran hot. I had 2 qualified maintenance men work on it and was told it might be a problem that would involve cutting through the tile or the wall.I was extremely upset! Matt Moen saved the day in his first visit and came back to install a part. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. And he was polite and cleaned up! His prices were reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him back. He should be your first choice!

I called Moen Brothers a few days before Christmas 2014. They came over the very next day and gave me a good price on installing a garbage disposal and sink faucet. They came over and gave me a free estimate. Other plumbers I called wanted up to $100 just to come over. I could have just kept getting estimates, but the price they quoted was very reasonable. The work was done within a couple of hours with a year warrantee. If I ever have another problem with plumbing, they will be the first I will call! No question about it!!! Thanks again, Wes

I was beyond pleased with my experience with Moen Brothers. Normally when I call anyone for a repair I am guarded that I will get charged an arm and a leg before they even get to my house. When I called Moen Brothers and was told they would come to my home and only charge me for the work they did, I immediately felt at ease. My toilet had to be changed out and was done so at a fraction of the cost quoted by other plumbers. The work was done in a neat and timely manner. I will certainly call them the next time I have a plumbing issue!

We only gave them 5 stars because we couldnt give them 6. We had a leak and needed a water heater installed. Matt was there 2 hours after we called him and completed the job in an hour. Other companies we called were at least double the cost and werent nearly as friendly or responsive. We cant say enough good things about Matt. If you have any plumbing needs, Moen Brothers is the only company you should call. Thank you Matt and keep up the good work.

I contacted Moen Brothers plumbing at 4 p.m. today and by 5:45 p.m. my leaky faucet handle was repaired. Matt Moen found the problem (fortunately, a simple fix), repaired the handle and was cleaning up the area in less than 20 minutes. Matt didnt try to make unnecessary repairs or sell me unneeded parts. This company is dependable, honest and efficient. I will use them again.

Ive used Moen Brothers Plumbing twice now and been very happy with their service both times! This last time, I needed someone to find a leak the day before Thanksgiving. Moen Brothers came over that evening and located the leak. They also volunteered to come back twice more to help with moving the toilet out and back after the wall had been replastered--thanks Moen Brothers!

Came out on a Saturday night to fix a busted pipe that was flooding my house. The price was reasonable considering an emergency on a Saturday night. He did the work without a single complaint or hiccup. He cut the wall he had to so that we could easily fix it ourselves. Overall, a great experience. Called the emergency number and advised the man from Moen Brothers that we had a leak and there was water everywhere and it was running all the way to the lanai. Moen Brothers stated that wasnt an emergency and to just shut off the water. Horrible service. Went with another company and they found the leak and fixed the issue.
