They were called out to unblock pipes in basement about a year ago. Was told the snakes they had couldnt pass so the Jet would need to be used so of course I no nothing about plumbing and agreed since sewage sitting in my basement floor I wanted gone. This cost was now $1300.00. Job done. 7 months later same problem so called them back since I was told I had an return visit with the Jet. They came back and Jetted then next thing I know they are looking with a camera finding the pipes are off centered and the one tech shows my adult daughter where he sees all kinds of worms and bugs down there on the camera and tells her oh you for sure have an issue and that hes never seen this before. By the time I get home the worms and bugs are gone but Im shown the pipes. Well to get all of this fixed and to get some other things fixed to make it better I was given an estimate of $11,900.00. Not being rich I was going to go through my home insurance and they asked about a video of the pipes etc. Well I contacted BFP and they did not record. hmmm ok then I contact the insurance back and they suggest I call another plumbing company to get a second opinion. So without telling them why I asked another company to please camera and tell me what they see and I want to be there to view it as well. So this happened and either I have a miracle house that heals itself or the video that BFP showed me was of another home altogether which is what I believe has happened. Not one pipe was off centered and everything was where it should be and as it should be.

Called them for a quote to repair a gas leak in basement. Dominion was already there and did a pressure test on my lines, so I knew which joints were leaking. Guy charged us $550 to do a pressure test, that was already done by Dominion two hours earlier. Then quoted a repair cost of $4,500 to replace all gas line in house. So needless to say I got a second quote to replace all lines. Which a local plumber came to my house and gave me a price of $500 to do the job. So if you need work done definitely get another price quote.

Bait and switch - prices arent fully disclosed until you agree to pay their service fee, and then they quote you prices much much higher than the industry standard. Ended up just paying the service fee and sending them packing. Cheaper to hire someone else, and get gouged on the service fee than to pay what they were asking. Save yourself some time.

We had the washer drain pipe snaked and a jet cleanout for the outside lines which y to the sewer. The washer still backs up in the laundry sink, and they scratched my washer while snaking it.
