Wow! This was the best service we have received since moving here from Central Florida three years ago ! Everyone from the office staff to Jim, the technician who responded to our service call, was polite, professional and provided exceptional service. We called that morning as we had a water line leak we discovered while installing a new refrigerator. They were able to get Jim out that afternoon. He reviewed the situation & gave us a written estimate immediately. He did not stray from the price & did excellent work. We were so impressed with him, we asked if he could give us another estimate on a larger project we want to do. He did so and came in much less than we anticipated and educated us on the process he would use and why he recommended that particular one. He was knowledgeable, confident and professional. We live on Sanibel and often we find service people who see $$ the minute we mention our address. We are working people who must watch our pennies in order to stay living here & we have a hard time finding good service people who are responsive, do quality work and give fair prices. Well, we have found a great company in Aztec!! The icing on the cake was the follow letter AND phone call from the office staff thanking us for our business, checking to see if we were still happy with the work, seeing if we had any other questions or concerns, and providing us with coupons for future work. The office manager was enthusiastic, friendly and professional. We will use this company from now on! Thanks Aztec!!

Plumber came and after some swearing and hearing some tools crashing on the tub and floor the job got done. He broke a small vase in the bathroom and suggested it was already broken (the pieces were on the floor because it had just happened). Then he said he could also repair the drain and tried to charge a rediculous amount saying the piece cost $250 when it really costs about $20. Then, he said he doesnt have the right tool to fix it and that he would give us the drain piece and call it even for damaging the vase. He saw that I had a bottle of beer on the table and asked for one. I told him "no" since hes working. Not satisfied with this service. Update: 7-8-17 Just called because I didnt receive my invoice and they had the spelling of my last name wrong in the system. They said theyd send it now. Update: 7-9-17 Came home last night to a few inches of water coming from garage and front door. The pipe near where the plumber was drilling sprung a leak. Called another plumbing service who fixed the issue and said it must have been from the vibration from the drill (the whole house was vibrating when the Aztec plumber was working), and had to spend the night in a hotel. Called Aztec plumbers, spoke with them briefly, was told wed get a call back, and still have not gotten a call back. This is just outrageous.

Dear Mr. Taub, Several weeks ago, after a stressful morning at work, I stopped at home on my way to the hospital (my father had a stroke...did I mention I was stressed out!). Anyway, upon arriving home I heard an odd noise coming from my garage and upon further inspection was greeted by many hundreds of gallons of water due to my water heater exploding (ok, maybe exploding is a bit of an exaggeration). So, I grab the phone and called Aztec; Ive used Aztec before for a repipe and plumbing problems and I have always been impressed by the plumbers that have come to our home. Your office staff warned me not to step in the water since I could be electrocuted.....that thought had not occured to me....so great thinking on her part....thank you! After having me turn off the switch above the heater she told me she would call me back in 5 minutes with further information on when she could have someone come out. Imagine my EXTREME surprise, when 5 minutes later Tim was looking at my water heater!!! I cant thank you all enough. Im pretty sure your crew kept me from having a nervous breakdown that day! Kind regards, Jeannie Benner

Jim ( I think his name was) was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I was pleased with his work. Mario was wonderful and listened very carefully and had to repeat things several times as I am hard of hearing. He was working out in the heat and i felt very bad for him. He worked diligently. He did leave a pipe or drain sticking out quite high which looks bad at the front of the house, but i dont think you can do much about it. Jim left his some odds and ends, PVC fittings, etc. I found you to be quite expensive. I have been a client of yours for quite some time. Two years ago, I had a total repipe. The plasterer did a terrible job, I thought. But that is my opinion.!!!!! I do hope this is the end of the plumbing for awhile. It has been one "heck" of a time with the upheaval, etc., and I am not finished yet. Overall, your workers are to be commended...They work from the minute they come to my home and work until the job is finished! I have been disappointed with workmanship in Florida, but I would recommend your company anytime!!! Susan Jones.....

I cant say enough about Aztec Plumbing. I have a rental home on Sanibel. I called Sanibel plumbing for a ceiling leak from my copper pipes in the attic. They came out and told me all my copper pipes needed to be re-piped. I asked for a quote. They never got back to me even with several calls and days and them saying the guy was in meetings that needed to give me a quote. Meanwhile my ceiling was leaking. I called Aztec, they came out the next day, a Friday. They gave me a quote for a total house re-pipe and talked me through the process. I had renters coming in the following Saturday. I was told they would start on Tuesday and I could paint on Friday. They were amazing! Everyone was professional and very hard working. The sheet rock guy was a master at fixing the holes in the wall with very minimal dust and they all cleaned up when finished. They did everything they said they would and completed on Thursday afternoon and I painted Friday.

I called Aztec on Monday and was extremely happy with the professional customer service skills Brittany has, she was respectful and very helpful, making my appointment for Tuesday. She advised me that the repairman would be to my home between 12pm and 2 pm. At 11:45 I received an email from Aztec with the photo, credentials, and background check information on my repairman (James) letting me know that he was on his way. James arrived to my home at 12:29, I advised him where and what our problem was, he looked at everything gave me a fair and reasonable quote and asked if I would like to go ahead with the job. James was very nice and very professional! It took him an hour and a half to complete the job. He showed me everything that he had done, and assured me that our problem is fixed. I loved my Aztec experience and would highly recommend this professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff to all! Thank you so much Aztec!
