At first it seemed like things were going bad when they sent someone out to work while his wife was giving birth, so he was constantly outside on the phone rather than working. Then they sent someone else to take over to finish what he started. Then, it was one problem after another. They installed some toilets which do not seem to work properly. I had them come out to unblock a shower drain. Did not snake the line like I asked so after leaving a mess for my wife to clean up, they had to come out a second time to clear the line. So, rather than clean up the mess, the worker (Harlan?)decided to drag his feces soaked equipment through my entire house, rather than put it in a bag or find someone not to get sewer droppings all over my home (marble floors). I think he did it on purpose. One of the employees damaged some chrome pieces for my sink. When they sent someone (Harlan?) to pick them up, they were stuck on tight and I could not remove them. He did not help, stating that he was not the one who put them on. No, but someone from YOUR COMPANY stuck them on and broke them, and me being disabled with a bad back had to bend over and yank on it while he watched. Then, they were supposed to get them replaced. For 3 - 4 months now, I keep getting the run around as to when I will receive them. Constantly being told by the owner, Elmer, that he will check on it and call me back. Never calls me back. I call, and either get voice mail or get told that he is with a customer and will call in (5 minutes/end of day/next week/) and has yet to call me back or deliver what was promised. I called again today to leave a message, never got a phone call back, so I called my credit card company to dispute the charges.

The night I went into pre-term labor with my son, our hot water heater finally died. I called Elmer immediately and he reassured me that hed get it taken care of for us. We were at the time renting our home, and his staff worked diligently with us to get our landlords approval and payment for the service over the phone as she is out of town. Elmer personally called me later that night to let me know that he would be coming in the morning with our new tank and installing it for us. The next morning, I still wasnt home from the hospital, but we gave him the access code into our garage and by the time we got home, he was just finishing up! He also fixed the faucet in the kitchen sink so it would no longer take me 47 minutes to fill up my stock pot of water to boil for pasta. Elmer & his team are awesome! Now that we have a home with a septic system, hes the only guy Ill call for any services it may need!

I had a sewer system backup problem, and decided to let DPS to take care of it after seeing its all 5-star 100% feedback record. It turned out that this is indeed an excellent company that provides great services (pumped out and cleaned the septic tank, snaked, pressurized and cleaned the effluent lines to the drainfield, etc.) Not only the workers and staff were friendly and helpful, the price was very reasonable, the business owner Elmer was especially very responsible and helpful. He worked very hard and out of the way (to 7:40 pm at my property site personally) to help resolve my concern and problems. I am very glad to have done business with them, and definitely will do business with them again in the future. This excellent Company is highly recommended to anyone who needs plumbing services.

After reading the reviews on multiple companys I decided to use DPS to have my septic pumped out and cleaned. They were willing to come on the weekend however, since it was not an emergency and I told them to wait for a weekday. They responded in a timely manner and were professional. They answered all of my questions and are very knowledgeable about their profession. They did not make me fell as if I had asked a dumb question. The following day, my water went out (having nothing to do with the prior service from DPS). I called at the end of the day and Brian was an hour way. He turned around anyway and took care of my issue. He was polite, friendly, and as he was previously a professional. I would highly recommend this company and will only use them for my needs in the future.

When you call Diversified Plumbing Services (DPS), not only are you reaching a friendly and helpful person, but you are given a range of appointment time options that actually fit your schedule. Teresa confirmed my appointment on the day of service and DPS employee Dustin was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He and owner Elmer Edmonson went above and beyond to fix my shower drain and even returned to ensure that everything is working well. For DPS truly no project is too large or too small. They are routinely taking care of complex sewer & septic issues and even performing well drilling and water pump repairs. I will be sure to call with any plumbing issue at my home. Thanks, guys!

Called DPS after 5pm on an emergency because another plumber had worked on my hot water heater earlier in the day and the unit was leaking water from a pipe. Dustin came over very quickly and meticulously fixed the problem - making sure everything was OK before he left. The next morning I had another couple of plumbing issues come up that I needed looked at before flying back to CT. Not only did Dustin come back very quickly but the owner Elmer came by just to say "Hi". Awesome!! A word of advice - no need to use any other plumber but Diversified!!

Called on a Sunday morning. Very courteous and said theyd be out in the morning. Price was good! I had dug out one of the tank lids the day before and cleaned the trap, but tank needed pumping after 4 years. I also couldnt find the main drain clean out. They arrived within 2 hours. Showed me where drain was at. After pumping, my master toilet was still plugged. He brought in his snake pole and got it unplugged and didnt add to the bill! Very nice, courteous, fast, and reasonable price. Ill definitely recommend and use diversified plumbing again!

DPS answered our call for service within 15 minutes and saved the our night time event. On top of immediate response time, their work was thorough, complete and timely. Diversified Plumbing Services of SW Florida is the only plumber I will be using from now on. My well in Lehigh was mistakenly run over by some Forestry equipment, leaving me without water to my home. I contacted Elmer and within hours he was at my home and repairing the well. He and his employees were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their business. He made what should have been a stressful situation very non-stressful and I appreciated that. Elmer and his crew have an A+ in my book!
