Highly recommend. Superior service and good pricing. Cypress Plumbing was recommended to me when I had a plumbing emergency last year. They were great! and I have used them a few times for emergency type service- backups, etc. since. They are quick, do it right, and the price always seems more than fair. They just finished up again today at my home, on a list of things needing their expertise. I called them on Sunday, not expecting anyone to answer, to leave a message for them to get Monday morning. They actually answered on Sunday night! We scheduled it or Wednesday because I was having a new shower head shipped on amazon that was coming Tuesday. Shower head arrived early than expected on monday. So last night late, I left a message explaining the shower head was here early and they could come tomorrow, tuesday, if they wanted. They called me first thing this morning and said, sure, we can come this afternoon. I asked if they could call me when they were on their way... and they did. They do a superior job of communicating with their clients and techs. Thomas was great. He replaced the disposal and gave me some great tips on how to make it last. He also replaced a shower head, fixed the water pressure problem i had in the kitchen. He explained how I could PREVENT the water pressure issue from happening again. I really appreciated that. Apparently I packed too much stuff under the sink and it was crimping the line. He figured out a plumbing problem that No ONE(i tried) one has been able to solve since i bought this house a year ago. Its not worth explaining, but he solved it. He stayed late to finish some leaks i remembered I was having on my outside hose and also fixed the hose in the back that has never worked. Lengthy review, but I cant say enough good things about my experiences with this company. Contractors like this are hard to come by. I own a similar contractor/ construction business. We have been around 30 years and we still have our challenges. I have tried to implement changes to emulate the way Cypress Plumbing operates.

I love Cypress Plumbing. The plumber they sent out knew what he was doing and was able to fix my sink right away. They didnt leave a mess after they left which was very good! I also didnt have to wait long at all for them to show up at my house. I would def have them come out again.
