Would not recommend their services strictly based on the owners attitude & demeanor when dealing with a guest concern. I was a new client and we had a clog in our bathtub & leak from the nozzle that turns the bath pressure into shower pressure. When I called, the secretary was very nice & scheduled an appointment same day. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice & professional. He snaked the clog & replaced a washer to stop the leak. It took him a total of about 30 mins. Our bill came to $110. The service fee for him just to show up was $90.00. At first I was just overwhelmed because I wasnt expecting it, I now know this is industry standard. I did however put in a call to the business to just give feedback that as a new client it would have been nice to have known that upfront. Even the secretary took my feedback with kindness. The owner Carl called me back and was anything but understanding. He basically told me that it was standard and I should have asked or known. And I just shared with him that being in customer service, Im not used to it being the client responsibility to know these things upfront. Then he asked me if I pump gas before I pay for it or eat food at a restaurant and dont expect to pay. I tried explaining several times that it wasnt about me not wanting to pay for services. I also explained that in every example he gave me (gas, food) patrons knew how much they would be paying in advance even it was a starting price. Ive never met a manager/owner that didnt want feedback on their business. But as he stated hes been doing it for 30 years so who the heck am I? Either way, we will not be returning or referring new guests.

We called Sun State Plumbing after hours to fix a broken pipe. The representative promptly answered the call. The owner himself came to do the repair, which took less than an hour (the pipe was outside and it was night time). He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely contact them again for any future repairs or services.

We have used Sun State Plumbing for 25+ years & they installed the plumbing oin our new house 17 yrs ago. They are knowlegable friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. We would not go any where else.
