I had a VERY BAD experience with this company! I received a kitchen faucet from American Standard (under a lifetime warranty) and called BF Plumbing to install it. Three trips and $330 later the faucet STILL isnt right! When I called back, they said they do not warranty an "Owner Supplied" faucet and said they would have to charge me $106 MORE to come and fix it. I am VERY unhappy with their unwillingness to see this through to successful completion.

I had very high water bills and knew the pipes were very old in the house. I had them come out for a repipe estimate and was so pleased with the technician and how he helped me understand exactly what was going to happen. I was very nervous as I had never experienced a plumbing problem as this was my first house. I felt very comfortable having Ben Franklin do the job. It truly was a great experience to work with this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They came over and installed a new Tankless Water Heater in my home and I love it, saves me money and I have hot water on demand no more cold showers!
