Very happy with my service! Tubs and toilets backed up completely, called Pipe it Right and Dean came out within a hour after my call, fixed the problem for a fair price. I had called Roto Rooter-they said they cant come until tomorrow. Benjamin Franklin said they could come but didnt even give a window and there price for just coming out is outrageous! Paid half the price of what I paid for the same job through Roto. Going to be using them for further jobs! Highly recommend!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak. I called Pipe it Right and they came out immediately. Dean, the plumber, quickly diagnosed the problem and called to locate the part we needed. We were expecting him back the next morning, but he called and indicted he had found the part. He came back the same day and quickly made the repair. Dean was very polite and his expertise was obvious. I would definitely recommend Pipe It Right and I will use them for future plumbing projects.

Jesus, just spoke to a man who is the owner of the business??? So rude! There was nobody answering the phone and once the phone went through, I was told "dont call again and again!! we cant answer your call!". OMG, never heard anyone telling customers never call! Also their prices are outrageously expensive: $159 for installing a dishwasher? $139 for installing bathroom sink faucet? Wow, am I a gold mine he thinks??!!

Had an appointment to meet and the guy never showed up. I told him I would be driving 20 minutes to meet him and was time constrained and he said he would leave to meet me right away. I texted him and left a voice mail with no response until 1/2 hour later he texted and said he couldnt make it. If you cant even show up to quote the job, why would I trust you to DO the job?

Dean came out earlier than quoted which I was very pleased about. He is very nice and courtesy, he is completely professional. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, got to work right away and was very fair priced. I will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to others. Very nice guy!! Dean has been out to our house twice now. Once for a late night call and today to rebuild the inside of both of our toilets. He notified us that he was on the way (he was in fact, early for the call so it helped us move our busy day along a little quicker than planned) Highly recommend this company.
