Came home from a weeks vacation to find I had a major sewage blockage that left my finished basement covered in sewage water. They arrived quickly and definitely came prepared to handle the problem. After high pressure cleaning the mainline they ran this tiny camera down it and found a big ball of roots. They spent the next hour sending this special head down the pipe to cut the roots out and then treated them to keep them from growing back for a year. Then they started sucking up the sewage water in the basement. They also checked all my toilets and found that 2 of the fill valve werent working properly and explained that was the reason there was so much in basement when no one was home. Then they took the time to explain everything to my insurance company. Thank you One Call Plumbing for all your hard work and quick response. One Call will be my first call from now on.

This company stands apart from all other plumbing companies we have previously used. We had a problem with our hot water heater on a weekend and they came straight out and fixed our issues immediately with no extra weekend charge. When we sold our house I needed documentation for the new hot water heater and the CSR Amy resolve all of my issues within an hour,emailed me all documentation and even went above and beyond by getting the manufacturers warranty and their warranties together so that our purchaser would know that they were completely covered. As a small business owner myself I realize the value of dedicated employees who take pride in their work. Best experience Ive ever had!!...Steven Hughey came out to look at my toilet. I work nights and get off early in the morning. I called and made an appointment and went to sleep . When I awoke I got a call from the Plumbing company and they sent a plumber right over. I fiddled around with my toilet before going to sleep with no idea that it would start working right before Steve got here. When he did , he took a look at it and saw that everything had started working right again...he stayed longer to make sure it would continue to work right. Since he didnt have to do anything to it...he kindly shook my hand and told me to call him if needed anything else...no charge! Wow these guys are the best. Highly recommend.
