From day one, excellent customer service answering all of our questions and giving us options on how to have our AC system replaced due its demise. The technician, John H. Was thorough and professional. The Service technicians, Micael D. , Josh M., and Michael P were courteous and professional, explaining the work they were to complete and even brought to our attention a few additional issues that we had. They completed the job as promised and were exceptional about cleaning up the "mess" needed to be made during the install. Both John H and the installation technicians also took many pictures of what they were seeing and explained what we were seeing - we did have another company give us an estimate and they definitely fell short compared to the professionalism and thoroughness we got from Best Home Services. I have just put my house up for sale in Cape Coral but I wanted to get a few little things looked at prior to selling my house. I saw the commercial for $19.95service call. I called today about 1 and found out that I had actually used best Services 10 years ago. they sent Chris peel out to look at some electric work for me. He was professional and friendly and on time. I had him look at a outdoor porch light as well as a smoke detector that had not worked in 10 years and some electrical outlets in my Florida room and a light light switch and electrical outlet and a big storage closet. Chris quickly pointed out but the smoke detector was actually battery-powered it could just be taken down and replaced for about a $5 unit at Lowes and that the front porch light was just the lighting fixture and not wiring. he then told me that I could get the Florida room into code Myself by just removing an Old Wire that was out there that had no power to it and some old Outlets that had no power to them. and then on the spot after I showed him the closet he offered to get the light and the outlet and the light switch all working. It was the most reasonable price that Ive ever heard from electrician before. It was professionally done in only took about 40 40 minutes. So happy with these guys I told them that after the inspections when I sell the house Ill be calling them too fix any electrical or other needs that they do. What a fantastic and stress-free service! First of all I was able to schedule an appointment the day I called, after I got off work. No after 5pm fees. Next it was only $20 for the service call when others places I had called would have charged me $90 for a mandatory diagnostic. Noah called 30min before arriving and was on time! He was very courteous and understanding. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. He didnt mind me looking over his shoulder as he worked and even kept his cool while being eaten alive by mosquitoes! We had a 10+ year old unit and I was positive I was going to hear the dreaded, "Its not worth fixing, get a new one." But not Best Home Services. Noah found the problem (without a diagnostic), replaced the part and gave us a great deal! No one gives stuff for free anymore but I always check around for pricing on what I pay for. I trusted Noah but I asked my friend, an A.C. repairman on Marco, what he thought and he confirmed they did us a solid. Now that I know Best Home Services also does electric and plumbing, I will not hesitate to use them for all my future repair and cleaning services. No one wants their hard earned money to go to someone they dont trust. Well you wont have that problem here. I would recommend them to anyone. I recommend them to you! Weve had 2 plumbing technicians to our home in the past 10 days, first to find and resolve a sewer smell in our home and second to replace a hot water heater, Kenny the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The second tech Mark was out today to locate the main water line coming into our home, delete as many useless lines as possible which the previous owners of the home had installed (Crazy previous owners who thought they were master carpenters, electricians and plumbers. In truth they were not.) and install a easy to reach shutoff valve for the water line. He also had to repair a leaking line outside the home. All repairs were performed by Mark were excellent. Would we hire Best Home Services again? You bet as they have been the quickest company to respond to our home repairs of the many companies who weve hired had to hire over the past year and half to get this home to liveable. My only complaint with Best Home Services has been the cost of said repairs. Then again this is Naples, Florida and weve found every service company in this area to be expensive and several to be rip-off companies Best Home Services lives up to having "BEST" in their company name.

Wow - buyer beware! I called this company to inquire about their 48 hour guaranteed install with $500 rebate on generators, as per add in Naples Daily News. Their sales guy Steve came out to the property and quoted two options: 1) 22KW Generac System with 2x200A Transfer switches installed in 6 weeks for $19,092 or 2) 20KW Kohler "In stock" installed "ASAP" (but not in 48 hours) for $24,896 Bulk LP Gas already available for hookup. These generators are both normally equally priced other places at just about S4,200 + about $700 for each transfer switch. With some cables etc lets round it up to about $6,000 in total each option. So the labor then equals $13,000 (option 1) and whopping $19,000 (option 2) + a 30" raised pre cast generator pad at $4,500!!! Recommended accessories Mobile link at $866 - can be found elsewhere for $280 incl. one year monitoring. 2 main panel surge protectors at $1,308 (for two). Can be found elsewhere at under $100 each I have never seen such blatant overcharging in my life! Oh - forgot to mention; the $500 rebate had "been deducted from prices".

We desperately needed a new A/C, ours was dying quickly. I gathered quotes and looked into a few companies and ultimately decided to to with Best Home Services and were very happy we did. They were prompt and professional from the start, Justin coming out to meet with us the same day I called and installation the very next day! There was no high pressure or needless up-scaling sales pitch, just honest, courteous and knowledgeable info. and a fair price. The install was also prompt and clean. And since wed added a few items to our old system, we needed some slight tweaking to distribute the nice new cold air exactly were we wanted it and Ryan, our Tech, made that happen very quickly and without any hassle. This company is all about customer service and stand behind their work. I highly would highly recommend them and in fact did so to my boss for an addition to our office A/C.
