I contacted Home Depot online to purchase a new hot water tank including installation, and APPC Plumbing was the company assigned to do the job. They were very professional and efficient. They returned phone calls and answered or addressed any questions or concerns rather quickly. What a smooth and pleasureable experience. Water heater installation was tricky because my tank is upstairs in the attic space. The old tank proved challenging to get down those pull-down attic stairs, it was wedged and a little too large to fit through the stair opening. They handled it all with ease and grace, completed the job without any major mess or problems and cleaned up any debris. The details of the job and any details about the tank were explained. I rarely do any kind of reviews, but this company made a positive impression on me. Thank you APPC.

We needed a new water heater; we had a pretty bad leak. The tank itself came from Lowes and this was the first time Ive had a task I couldnt do myself. Lowes set us up with APPC. First time Ive ever had a contractor come to the house. I thought we were going to get taken on a ride...a long, expensive, painful ride. Luck was on our side and we got next day installation under perfect circumstances. Brandon the installer was super nice and an awesome guy to talk to. He finished, took the old tank away, and everything is nice and cleaned up. I would recommend these guys again for sure! Thanks for everything.
