I am writing regarding service I received from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service at my location in Whiskey Creek in Ft. Myers. Last evening (4/11/2013) totally unexpectedly sewage began backing up into a shower located in my villa. Immediately I tried to clear the problem by plunging the toilet all to know avail. Immediately I called Roto-Rooter for assistance. The dispatcher Two gentlemen, Chris and Matt (technician Number 116 arrived shortly and began work. The area I live in is over 30 years old and cleanouts are no longer visible as grass had taken over the pipes into the ground. First the tried the stack on the roof, then, they removed a toilet and again tried to clear the problem this way. Finally, they returned outside to try to find a cleanout. Somehow, they located a cleanout an quickly cleared the pipe. However, they were not finished. Next, they inserted a camera into the pipe and pin pointed not 1 but 2 existing problems in the sewer connection to the house. Additionally, they located a second cleanout and assisted in marking the location of that as well as a major problem with the connection. They spent time showing me the situation so that I could take further remedial action. Still not complete, they returned to replace the toilet as well as cleaning up the mess that had been left from the backup. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The quality rating of Excellent simply does not define the service that I received from them last night. I have become a true believer and can only say they are the best. Polite, professional, and capable. This is one of those diamond in the rough organization. Bravo to Matt and Chris and the Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain service In Cape Coral. Thank you so much.

I cant say enough about the excellent service I received from Rotor Rooter, and, Mike in particular. I had a late night emergency on a Saturday night, which turned out to be a blockage in the main sewer line. The operator answered promptly, was very pleasant and assured me a technician would be in touch shortly. Sure enough, Mike called within 10 minutes and after explaining the problem, he told me hed be there within the 1/2 hour. Mike was prompt, courteous, professional, and obviously knew his job well. He quickly located the problem, showed me what the issue was, and gave me an estimate to do the work. He took care of the immediate issue right away so that we could use the facilities and then came beck the next morning, when he is typically not working, to complete the major work. He also asked if there were any other issues he could help with while he was there. And it turned out that I had just found a leak at our trash disposal, so he immediately I fixed that, to. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his work that I told him I will be requesting him in the future for any plumbing work that I need. Thanks so much for your prompt and excellent service!

On Thanksgiving eve 2016 around 9:30 pm i noticed that our water heater went in a closet in a added on bedroom to our home. water was everywhere and after the initial panic of what to do i called a few pluming 24hr emergency "experts" that popped up first on my Google search none of the three first listed bothered with a call back! I then saw RotoRooter and called them they immediately called back and said they were sending someone and they will be there in a half hour. What a blessing this was! a half hour later Bryan the plumbing tech they sent went beyond and out of his way to make sure we had water for the next couple days since we could not get a heater till Friday because of this happening the night before Thanksgiving. Friday Bryan meet me at Lowes to help me load my heater and came to my home to install it!! The kindness of this guy blew my mind and RotoRooter should be very proud to have an outstanding employee like Bryan. I just want to say once again Thank you Bryan and RotoRooter for you excellent service! you are diffidently first on my list.

Roto Rooter provided an excellent service in assisting with needed repairs. From the initial call for appointment setup , the ladies at call center were polite and answered questions efficiently. For our service technician, Jesse, he is very professional and knowledgeable. During his initial assessment for a free estimate on fixing our toilet, I had asked him to look at a sink drain leak for me. He was able to do a quick fix and did not charge me for it. Now for the actual work I got an estimate for. Jesse gave me several options as far as saving money and explained exactly what he is going to do. i ended up buying a new toilet for him to install which saved me money. Jesse was able to install the toilet within the hour and even put everything back in the bathroom nice and neat! This service was completed approximately 3 weeks ago prior to this post and so far toilet is working great.

On 11/4/16 we had a late night problem with our pipes and called Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher was extremely pleasant and assured us when we could expect to hear from our service technician. We promptly received a call from Bryan (Invoice #97193). Bryan arrived when he said he would. He was very qualified, pleasant, and explained everything he did to my husband. In addition, he went out of his way to give us tips for basic maintenance on plumbing around the house. He even mentioned "I love my job". This is all very refreshing to see and hear in this "day and age" . All this after working from 7:00am that morning and spending well over 3 hours with us and leaving at midnight. This world needs more people like Bryan in the service industry. Call Roto-Rooter!

We just moved into a "new" home in Fort Myers and immediately needed a plumber to fix a plugged kitchen drain. How embarassing with family and friends helping us move in. Called Roto-Rooter for a service call and they were here with a half hour to fix the plumbing poblem. The tech could not have been nicer or more polite and courteous to us. We were very pleased with the service, amount of the bill, recommendation of a service product to protect the pipes, and the senior citizen discount. I would recommend the Fort Myers Roto-Rooter and service tech Jesse. The office staff that scheduled our service call was also outstanding and very polite. You could hear the smile in her voice. Pleasure to deal with these folks. Recommend them highly!!!!

After showering I turned the knob to shut off the water. GUSH! I ran like a chicken with its head cut off to stop the pressurized water shoting out off where the shower knob had been. My first and only choice was Roto-Rooter. Within the hour a very nice man showed up and took on my problem like it was his own. The people at Roto Rooter are consistantly going above and beyond with geniune concern and helpfulness. Pat, the second plumber at my home solved our problem at a very fair price. He educated me as to use of the new equiptment he had installed and honestly he had to do quite a bit of research to track it down...I live in a manufactured home so this could have been quite expensive.
