They rip you off. Contrustion workers sit on their ass on the clock. Service workers will do what they are told her they wont tell you about a leak or any major or minor problems they are cause they dont want to work on it.working for them you will get no respect or the pay you deserve. Ask for a raise they will give you one... wont show up on your checks they say yes just to get you out the office. They have no idea about how to respect or keep good workers they fly through employees like a deck of cards in a poker game. Honestly a company of rich stuck up bosses. Only apply if you absolutely need a job to get by. Only hire of that are the only ones answering and its an emergency

What a pleasure to do business with. Our technician, Bill, was friendly and professional. I asked if I could watch while he was replacing both of my sink disposals because I am a fanatic about home repair and wanted to learn just how the disposals were either repaired or replaced. He had no problem and invited me to watch. I asked questions and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. His kind and friendly demeanor made me feel like I was talking to my brother. He was also very careful to be neat and not leave a mess during the process. If I ever need their services again, I will surely ask for him. Thank you, Bill, for making a stressfully day for me go smoothly.

I worked with Ross plumbing and I have to say they do not have plumbers on hand. Most everyone there are helpers with as little as 2 years. The boss there needs to get his head out of the clouds and hire real plumbers. Ross plumbing works fed and state funded jobs and does not pay scale. Today I had to throw them in front of the bus. They hire non American plumbers and everyone there try to hurt each other by lying on each other. I really need to do my homework before going to work with people like them as Im a career plumber of 30+ years and this hurts my professional reputation

On Feb 2nd 2017 a Ross plumbing repair person came to our house to repair a loose water pipe in the shower wall. The gentleman was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. My wife and I are so impressed with the work ethic by both the repair person [ Bill ] and the Project manager [ Daniel ] who assisted us, that we encourage anyone who needs plumbing assistance in their geographic territory to contact and employ them.
