I called Dynamerican to fix a leak at a ball valve. We called at 4:00. The initial contact was very good. The on call plumber was a disaster. He showed up 3 hours later than scheduled (we had several calls to him- that he was on his way). When he showed up he didnt have a valve on his truck- which by the way looked like a junk yard had fallen into it. His plan B was to rig something up that might work (which made our small leak turn into a huge problem since he removed the entire ball valve and couldnt get it back on again). When that didnt work I told him I would prefer he come back and actually fix the problem- as long as he didnt charge us for two service call. He agreed to come back the next morning at 7:30. At 8:00 I called my missing plumber and woke him up. The leak is in the main line coming into our house. Now we are on day two of no water. Will never call this company again and cannot recommend to anyone else.

I called DynAmerican to get an estimate on having my sewer line replaced. Tree roots had grown into the aging clay pipe. The representative arrived on time and ran a camera through the line--pinpointing the source of the block. He ran the auger through the roots to open the line as a temporary fix, and we agreed to replace the line from the street to the foundation wall. DynAmerican handled all the permits with the city and had the inspector from the county on site when the job was finished. My lawn and flower beds were put back in order after the dig, and every employee who was on site was professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates honest, upfront dealing. They do excellent work at a fair price.

Find another company!! Will not recommend. Quoted a price for a job then when the job was done demanded 30% more than the written quote. (+/- 10% would have been understandable). Tried to make out it was our fault that they dug in the wrong area despite the fact that my husband had tried to help by contacting the county engineer for assistance locating a particular pipe and took time out of his busy day to pass on the information. That is their job, not ours. The boss, ?Kevin, didnt even give us the respect to discuss the matter and made his underlings do all his dirty work. We finally agreed to pay 2/3 of the "extra" cost they were trying to dump on us as we were concerned about retribution and so just wanted the matter would be over.

If no stars was an option, that is what they would get. On October 5, 2015 they came to my house to fix my lift station/sump pump that was not working. I had water all over my basement as a result. Plumber told me the pump was fried and I would need a new one. He would call for pricing and get back to me. When he hadnt called me by Wednesday I called the company and asked for a quote as my basement had been underwater for several days at this point. On 10/9 I watched some Youtube videos to figure out how to do it myself and successfully replaced the pump and backflow valve myself. Today is 10/21 and they never have called back. Guess it is a good thing I didnt wait for these clowns to fix my problem.

My home was built in the late 1800s, and the basement (cellar) has a dirt floor. The drain was clogged & the basement a muddy mess! A friend recommend I call Dynamerican. Within a hour, the serviceman showed up (Kyle), being an old house with old plumbing lines, it took him a while, we have some trees & shrubs and the roots had grown into the lines. He cleaned up the muddy stairs & floor after he was done with the drain. Explained what needed to be done to keep lines cleaned & estimate on cost. Will definitely use Dynamerican again & recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I called out Dynamerican to fix our kitchen sink and to install new hardware. The technician showed up on time and introduced himself as Mark from Dynamerican and put on covers to his shoes before entering the house. He then completed all of the work and we were more than satisfied. I would recommend Dynamerican to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work anytime.

Total joke and scam. They triple their prices knowing homeowners are in emergency situations. Called them 3 times before having to hire a different contractor. STAY AWAY from these people. Robbers.
