The main drain line coming from our office was clogged and had backed up to the point that it was leaking from the cleanout caps on the pipe. Denver came out to snake the drain and remove the clog. He worked the snake at the first and second cleanouts with no problem. Unfortunately, when he got to the third cleanout, the clog was unable to be removed and nearly broke the cable. Denver determined that the pipe was broken and likely had some level of root intrusion from nearby trees. He gave me two options: 1) hydro-jet which would clear the line but would not completely fix the underlying issues (lower cost) or 2) dig up the main line to expose the affected area, then replace the section of affected pipe. We opted for the cheaper, short-term fix and did the hydro-jet. Denver came back out with the hydro-jet machine and cleared the line as promised. Afterwards, he was able to inspect the pipe with a camera and confirmed that the pipe was in fact broken and that there was root intrusion. Denver also determined that the main line had developed a sag over time, likely due to the nearby trees. He advised that this was only a temporary solution and that at some point in the future we would likely have the same issue again until the underlying problems were properly corrected, but could not realistically provide a timeline for recurrence. While this is only a short term fix, it got our bathrooms functional again. Denver was very professional, courteous, explained everything thoroughly, and did a good job. I would definitely recommend Denver, and will be calling him again if/when we have other plumbing issues in the future.

The whole team at Roto-Rooter Plumbing are nothing short of phenomenal!I recently with all the rain the water in my driveway wouldnt drain, upon further investigation, it appeared that the pipe from the drain to the covert in the back of the house clogged. One call, and one of the super-efficient team members got out here in less then one hour, Tech Jesse took a look and had the whole problem solved, and was done before I even realized what had happened. It was like a guardian angel of plumbing was sent down to solve our problems. Our garbage disposal completely stopped up - any other plumber we called were not available for five days. Obviously it is very hard to not be able to use your kitchen sink for five days. We were pleasantly surprised when Roto-Rooter was able to come to our home in just about one hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and seemed to go beyond what needed to be done to get us back in service. He was very friendly and also gave us a couple of tips. For instance I never knew we were not supposed to put egg shells or potato peels in the disposal. His name was Jesse - #68. Thanks Jesse and Roto-Rooter.

I have always been a fan of using local companies rather than national companies because I am worried about getting ripped off. But after several negative plumbing experiences with local businesses and a long wait time to get any work done, we decided to go with roto rooter. This is our second time using them and I was very impressed. Dan Magruder was our plumber and he explained everything to me in great detail. He explained the pricing and gave us different options based on the kind of budget we wanted to use. He also took care to not mess up our house. We will definitely continue to use Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter arrived in the afternoon after the morning discovery of a major blockage. The technician was clear in his assessment of the situation and the costs attached to the various methods that could possibly be employed to remedy the problem. Of course, it was clear before he began what the cost would be. He also made it clear that there would be no charge unless he tackled the problem and there was no pressure from him. I was free to cancel the visit or have him proceed. He did the job efficiently with zero mess and was fast! I was pleased and would recommend to a friend.

The main cutoff for my houses water supply blew up late in the evening and I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to get my water back on. I called RotoRooter because of their 24/7 service, and within an hour a courteous, highly competent and friendly young man, Jesse, appeared to save the day. I cannot say enough about the service I received by my service technician, Denver #136. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and a fantastic representative for Rooter Rooter. He found the problem quickly, resolved the problem, and treated the toilets that were involved in the problem. I called for service and the technician was at my house in less that an hour. I would recommend Rotor Rooter to anyone who needed a plumber.

Great service, the office staff was super helpful and very friendly. When the plumber, Jeremy, arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help with our problem. We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and he was onsite within 20 minutes of our call. If the rest of Roto Rooter employees are 1/16th as nice and knowledgeable about plumbing as Jeremy you will go far! Just a great experience considering.

Our plumber came out to fix our overflowing toilets and tubs within an hour of calling. He assessed the situation with a camera through our pipes to determine that roots have taken hold in our pipes. His team is going to come in tomorrow to jackhammer our floor to fix our pipes right away. The situation was awful but Roto-Rooter was super helpful and nice. They were able to help us right away.
