I have tried a number of plumbers on the Cape and been thoroughly screwed over. Next plumbing, I have tried more than once and have yet to be disappointed. Eric came out and walked me through the problem and was immensely helpful. There are certain trades where you need to understand that just because the price is a bit more doesnt mean you shouldnt use them. They are a tad more expensive than some, but it will cost you more to have them come out after someone else has already screwed you over (i have experience). These guys are really good. They are very respectful and courteous and for me(because i want to know everything about the issue) they are patient and tell me. Cant imagine that I would go anywhere else again. This time they changed a valve, but a few months ago they put a bathtub in that someone else had put in wrong...and I am saving so they can do my replumb. These guys are guys/gals are worth it. Michelle in the office is always so kind and everyone is easy to work with and truly customer service oriented. Just saying!

I called very early July 5th and they were out fixing my shower that very day! Billy was very professional and got to the problem within a few minutes and also gave me options to choose from to fix the problem. It was fixed in a timely manner and I would give Next Plumbing my business next time I have a plumbing issue. It was a Great experience and problem solved!!!

Excellent. Michelle very pleasant to schedule me. Billy wonderful, explained issues well before, during and after repairs. He and AJ very friendly, nice clean job, cleaned up after. Did a whole house look-see ck after shower repair. And slip covers on their shoes in t house, nice extra touch.

Billy came out today and did a great job. I had a leaky faucet in the shower/tub plus outside hose spout leaked. I been ill with cancer and havent been able to attempt to fix it myself but after seeing the work Billy did, I dont think I would have been able to fix it. i highly recommend them.
