I am extremely satisfied with my most recent Roto-Rooter experience. Some co-workers of mine attempted to warn us against contacting Roto-Rooter and said "Theyre so expensive" and "You should call my friends brother-in-law", etc. Ignoring their inept advice, we scheduled RR to perform some necessary services. We are so completely satisfied and impressed after just two visits that we are undoubtedly using this location for all our future plumbing requirements. Kevin was our service technician and his inherent knowledge, coupled with his honesty and exemplary explanations concerning our issues and potential future problems, is the main reason we will never go elsewhere for our plumbing needs. It is definitely a reflection on the company when they can retain an employee with such character, education and zeal. We have lots more work to be done on our house.Could we get it done cheaper with my friends brother-in-law? Possibly. Could we get it done professionally and promptly with not a single worry as to whether or not a corner was cut? Doubtfully, Just remember the old adage - you get what you pay for. And thats not even to say RR is the most expensive. Theyre not. You can see by my profile that this is only my second review. Its not something I normally do. Unless I feel that the company went above and beyond my expectations, which Roto-Rooter recently did.

They made me believe again. Mr. Rooter came out here and charged me $424.00 to "flush" the sewer drain with a high-powered water sprayer. They brought this big tank out filled with water and used a hose pipe (garden hose) to supposedly "cut out" the roots that were clogging the drain. Exactly two weeks later when I washed a load of clothes, the sewer was backing up into the shower. I called Roto Rooter and they were here very promptly. He was here for about 3 hours clearing my drain of 2 massive root invasions, found no hole which Mr. Rooter said I had, poured a root killer in the pipe, flushing it with the hose to kill all roots and suggested I have it done in about a month, just to make sure all of the roots had been destroyed. He showed me the mess in the pipe and I watched as he broke things up. This costs me another $445.00. In two weeks, I spent approximately $870.00 just to get roots out of my sewer line. I should have just taken the $425.00 I gave to Mr. Rooter and flushed it because nothing they did, fixed my problem. Donny, from Roto Rooter is my hero!! He was very friendly, explained what he was doing and why and let me watch as he did what he was being paid to do. Roto Rooter hangs on my frig and I PROMISE I wont make the mistake of calling the wrong people again. Thanks!!!

The other night without warning all of our drains in our home backed up. It was awful after using Google to see of possible problems we were pretty sure it was a main line blockage. We just bought the house in December so we thought all was good. The next morning we called Roto Rooter and the technician was here within an hour. He showed us our section tank was almost full so that was the first step. Then he flushed our lines. Turns out there was years of greese build up. It was nasty and we were amazed at how much there was. Well all that was taken care of in a matter of a couple of hours. Our tech was great and even took the time to answer questions. We did have one mishap but it was fixed promptly without headache. Our lid was cracked in the process but Roto Rooter fixed it without any issues and we are good ad new. We are also armed with great information on septic tanks also. Im very pleased with their service and thankful for the quick response.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. The technician, Donny, was on time, courteous and informative. He should be considered an asset to this company. He worked around my schedule and came out the same day I called. He worked in a timely manner to clear the clog from my tub and left my restroom spotless. He answered my questions and gave me a few extra tips to keep my plumbing in good repair. If I ever need a good plumber again, Ill be calling this business. Im so grateful that I found a plumber I can trust!

From the biggest to the smallest plumbing issues, you need not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter of Roebuck. I found them to be prompt, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and not to mention fast and reasonably priced. Kevin C. was such a blessing. He was so helpful and patient with all my questions and actually seemed eager to help broaden my knowledge of my plumbing system. I feel like I learned a lot, which may be bad for Roto-Rooter as now I may not have to call them as often! Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Ive had to use Roto-Rooter several times in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. They are always professional and out in a hurry. I have used them from busted pipes to septic service. I live in Chesnee and this last visit was for the septic tank. They came out when I asked them to and got right to work. Didnt take as long as I thought it would. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them in the furture.

Today was the second time I had to call Roto Rooter. The first was about my sewage pipes which was completed in an excellent amount of time. The techs are nice and very straight forward. Kevin tried to look for any discounts I may be able to use to help the financial burden of that fix. Today I had excellent service as well. The tech was friendly, very speedy with the repair and I had no problem. I will use this group again if needed

Bryan was great. First, I got a call ahead of time, as promised. He was on time. He looked at 3 different issues I was having. 2 ended up being quite basic, and didnt require anything major. One was a toilet repair. He had to leave to get parts, but returned promptly and completed the repair professionally and to my satisfaction. Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

The service was a 5 star. I give them an overall 4 because of 2 things. 1). The price to clean my main septic drain was $485.00. I thought this was excessive. 2). I had dug the access to the septic tank before they arrived to save time. They did not fill the dirt back in the hole. I think for what I paid them for an hour of work they should have put the dirt back in and not have left it for me to do.

Typical problem: dishwasher draining into the sink and so I thought it would be a quick job. WELL, turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated. The technician was terrific: no time pressure, explaining everything throughout, and clever in solving the problem. Very old pipes needed some TLC and they got it. Dishwasher draining fine now. Would recommend Kevin at Roto-Rooter any day.
