It was late Saturday night and my kitchen sink backed up. I searched the internet and found RotoRooter. They said they were open 24/7 - I called, got great customer service on the phone and scheduled service for Sunday morning. Tim (tech 2024) showed up on time. He reviewed everything with me, and started to clear the drain. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was concerned about the types of pipes I had (he didnt want to damage them). It was great to have a knowledgeable technician that cared, and just didnt want to rush his way through the job. I ended up also having a cracked sink basket that required replacing. He called Mike (tech 1063) who had one on his truck. He drove over on his lunch time to provide the basket and assist with the work. He was just as nice and knowledgeable as Tim. They worked as a team and replaced the part quickly. They cleaned up after they were done, like they were never here. What a great experience! I know I will have different issues down the road. They have a customer for life!

We were overwhelmed with the quick and thorough service Roto-Rooter provided. We had water (possibly sewage) leaking through our ceiling due to a toilet issue on Dec. 26. They were able to come out that day, which surprised us given it was the day after the holiday. In addition to sending out a plumber, when they realized I needed to remove a portion of my ceiling quickly they were able to send out their restoration team. If I had hired a smaller plumbing company or contractor I wouldve had to find someone else who could do that work. The two teams worked together to get the problem addressed that day, worked with me through the insurance claim, and provided exceptional customer service by answering additional questions over the phone when we had them, as well as returning on each of the next two days to check on the clean-up. We were extremely impressed with the experience.

Colin hoppe he put a new gas water heater new air vents and new water hoses he did a good job but the day after he installed it we had a leak in a roof where he installed the air vent so we had to wait a day to get it fixed and also there was a leak left in one of the hoses I really like their service but we just had those little issues and I also was told to wait for his boss to call me to get it inspected and I never got that call so I had to call back again otherwise its a good company I really like it theyre pretty good to talk to and they do the job really nice people to work with thank you Roto-Rooter plumbing & drain service

We had service done for a laundry floor drain that was backing up. Derek (tech 946) came out and did an absolutely wonderful job. He was very experienced and professional and pulled out a root ball from our line that was about 3 feet long. It didnt matter that he had the roots out. He took his drain snake and did a second pass to ensure that the problem was cleared up. I would absolutely have this gentleman back to my home for any future problems. This was honestly the best money Ive spent in a while and he represents his company very well.

I used Roto Rooter as my plumber for one of my rental properties in Cleveland. I had a clogged main drain and they came out the same day I called. Actually within hours. Dan whose employee number is DAW 180 was my service tech. He was very respectable, to the the point, and went above and beyond. He had the drain opened and flowing and after putting the camera down he noticed there were still some roots. He then snaked the drain 2 or 3 more times to make sure it was opened. I would use the service again and request Dan come back out.

Randy (613) and Jonathan (1906) did a great job clearing a blocked line for us. They clearly explained the work to be done and the estimated cost, so there were no surprises. Randy facilitated a hydro jet cleaning, that evening. Jonathan showed us the probable cause of the blockage and gave us several suggestions to minimize a reoccurrence. They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up the area after the job. Great job!

It was a good experience. Problem was solved within 4 hours of making the initial call. Matt 923 and Kerby 1464 came out right away, and I was notified that they were coming. They came on time. The team Matt & Kerby were very professional and got the job done, explained everything thoroughly, and kept everything clean during the job. The price was higher than I expected, and my home warranty didnt cover all of it.

This was my first time going to Roto-Rooter, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The kitchen sink was backed up and being very uncooperative. I called Roto-Rooter on a late Saturday afternoon and Trayvon (#2533) was there within the hour. He explained everything, answered all of my questions and was incredibly polite and friendly. I highly recommend Trayvon and Roto-Rooter!

Had a kitchen sink back up on a Saturday night. Dave went above and beyond the call of duty. Was thorough about the issue and uncovered another more in-depth issues - a leak from the kitchen to the basement. He came back a few days later (it was a Holiday weekend) and spent hours at my house fixing the issue. Was pleasant, knowledgeable and really helpful. I was very pleased overall.

Wow! I have never had the need to use Roto-Rooter before this week but I am really glad they were available when I had a sewer back-up problem. They answered the phone quickly and were very professional. They arrived when they said they would. I had Dwayne and Jonathan fix my problem and they did not leave until I was happy with the service.

I was impressed by how timely these guys are when providing services. Within 15 minutes after I made the initial call, a tech contacted me and he was in in 20 minutes, starting working immediately. The service was solid. The guy was so patient. He adjust the sump pump installation based on my needs. He was a great guy doing a great job.

Tim 2810 did an excellent job with our In-sink-erator and sold us the Maintenance treatment "Pipe Shield" as a preventive solution for the future. He was very courteous and left the site clean and the problem was taking care of. I will recommend this technician anytime to all of my friends.

Randy 613 from Roto rooter came and worked on our drain pipe in cold weather. But he took his time and showed us the clogged areas using a scope. He worked for a long time until all the clogged areas were completely clear. The drain pipe was very clean in the end. I recommend this company
