We had a leak coming from the wall from our shower, upon inspection, we realized we had a big leak from tub drain, all we could think about was how much this was going to cost us. This tub is kitty cornered and to get at it, we thought the whole wall would have to come down. When you are retired you watch every nicket & dime. Had friends look at it & they said, sure we can patch this up, decided we needed to do this right. Looked in phone book and saw 3rd generation, no extra charge for late night calls & decided to get an estimate. Janeen answered phone, was very nice & sent Ray to our door. He was courteous & friendly from the first hello. Upon inspecting our problem, he quoted us a price but also suggested he could try and put a "bandaid" on it to see if this would work. He attemped but this made it worse & he did it with me watching. He was not pushy at all, left decision up to me, gave me a range on the quote. This is original plumbing in a 40 year old house. We decided to do the work. Ray was excellent, friendly, courteous, polite, professional and we felt like we had gained a new friend. To get to this tight space, he removed the toilet instead of breaking the wall down. He told us everything we could expect, even found another small pinhole leak. Didnt attempt to sell us more work, in fact, I had to ask him to please see if he could fix this also. He worked continually, never made a mess, he cleaned up everything when he was done. We were very happy with his work, offered him dinner, to which he declined. I told him we now have a company that we feel very good about their services and would highly recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone who needs a great plumber. I am sure that we will need their services in the future and we will ask for Ray again, if the need arises. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate them 11. Great job Prime Plumbing and my sister Debbie and I thank you for the great job.

I was very happy my friend referred the company Prime Plumbing to me. I can honestly say that I was treated with respect and felt completely comfortable with the knowledge and diligence from the plumber, James, that had performed the tedious job he performed at my home today. Multiple companies had been to my home to try to determine the cause of my problems. I admit, it seemed a mystery. James jumped right into action, said he knew immediately the problem. He was right. But just to make sure, he went through a serious of evaluations to confirm his belief. James wanted me right there with him so I could learn some things. Loved it! It was very interesting learning of the processes involved to solve my issues. Another thing that was amazing was the level of technical equipment and tools he required to get the job done right. He had these items with him in his very organized van. Really nice van! He was very conscious and kept his work area neat. It was as if I was watching a doctor perform surgery. After completion, he gave me some tips and advice on minor issues to avoid having future problems. I felt the repair bill was fair and it was nice to have the ability of choosing any credit card I wanted to render the payment. I chose my AMEX for the points and miles. An all over win!

Our septic system was backing up into the house. So we called around to get quotes from plumbing and septic system repair companies. Only one company responded and gave us such a ridiculously low quote we knew something had to be wrong with them. The rest didnt bother to even call back. We found Prime Plumbing in the phone book and called. First the receptionist who took our call was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They showed up at the scheduled time. Big plus for them. Ben was the name of the person that came to the house. He was very friendly. explained to us what had to be done and answered every question I had asked. At no time did he give us the feeling he was pressuring us. When the crew showed up to do the work, they were exceptionally friendly and extremely hard working. These guys went out of their way to answer any questions I asked, and at no time did they seem irritated that I was asking. I wish I could remember the name of the person who build a handle for us, so we would not have to reach down to get the filter out to clean. Something that was not required of him. The job was done as promised and on time ,very professional. I would give them a 5+ rating. Great work ,great people. Definitely would use them again.

This plumbing company really is 24/7 no matter what! Quick. Efficient. Reasonable. A plumber for a lifetime not just a day! On Easter Sunday, my sewer backed up and I needed a plumber. I was told someone was on the way as soon as possible. Not long after, Ray came and saw the main sewer line was blocked. He found roots were the culprit. He clearly explained everything price wise and told me what to expect next visit. On the following Wednesday, I called to have them to come scope what was happening when my sewer backed up again and they even came early. Ray and Cody investigated the line with a camera and saw a large root bulb that they could not get passed. I needed my pipws removed one way or another so I told them to proceed investigating. They dug up the ground around the clean out and found Orangeburg pipes. They promptly removed the old pipes and replaced them with PVC. I am so happy they could help me the same day! Everyone was so respectful and informative. The job was done very quickly and responsibly. They worked with me and we solved a major issue! Thank you so much!

We have had problems with a drain line from a guest bath having a clog, since we purchased our home 7 months ago. We had 2 other reputable, local companies come, claimed they had the blockage cleared, and did, but only temporarily. Someone recommended Prime Plumbing, so we gave them a shot. Their technician Keith was very knowledgeable, did some troubleshooting, and informed us of all charges prior to commencing the work. Needless to say, everything is fixed perfectly. I also paid extra, ( for which Keith gave us a 50% discount ), to camera the entire line from the toilet to the septic tank. We looked at every inch of line, and everything was cleared. Keith also provided us with an enzyme/bacteria treatment, which we will use on a monthly basis to keep all the lines clean. We couldnt be more pleased, and had 22 people for Christmas dinner today, also had 8 of our family staying at the house. Everyone used the bathroom, toilet, sink, shower, and not one issue at all!!!! We highly recommend Prime Plumbing and they will be our only call with any future plumbing needs.

My father, who is a disabled combat veteran, hired prime plumbing to come out to his house on a Sunday afternoon to fix the toilets. The gentleman that came to the house was outstanding. Shortly after that repair, the shower in the guest bathroom needed some work in which he decided to use prime plumbing again because of how happy he was with their service. The shower was fixed and the gentlemen that came out for that service were terrific as well. It wasnt till my dad got his credit card bill from USAA that he seen that he was charged twice for the first service. After trying to explain the issue to the office manager and sending all of the paperwork to their office to prove the double charge, she still insisted that my father was wrong. The reason for the two star rating is because of the disgustingly rude office manager. I would have given them a 1 but the men that came out to the house to help my dad were outstanding and their work was great and they cleaned up behind themselves.
