Do not give this place your credit card!!!This place charged fees after the fact once they left. They gave me a quote of 234.00 rang it up the afterwards went in and put another 75.00 charge on this for no reason. They replaced my supply lines when they removed the toilet and put new wax rings and new guts in the toilet but now they are denying that they changed the supply line because it is leaking. So they say that they removed my toilet, fixed everything and then put a 15 year old supply line back on. Can you believe this. So they are at fault no matter which they did. The toilet supply line is leaking and they want $150 to come out and fix their work!!

MSP fixed everything that was "wrong" with our plumbing only to find out a year later and a lot of wasted $$ a new drain field would have fixed the issues all along. They replaced drain field and severed a electrical line and left it LIVE in my yard! I called multiple times to get them to send electrician to repair it. I now see the line was only buried 6-8" because hole developed in area where drain field is and line was exposed. I called MSP, they came and filled in hole but 2 more have opened in different areas. So now Im dealing with Mike Scott Plumbing and Galaxy Electric (which MSP sent out)!

Very unprofessional the plumber had an attitude didnt have the parts and wouldnt go to Lowes to get it he told me my dispatcher wont let me get the parts we go through a vendor they said I can go get them. I am like what am I paying you for if I am doing the leg work silly company. I will use another company going forward.

Called last night with a water heater problem and in less than 10 minutes Gary, their technician, called. We determined that it was time to change the H2O heater and in less than a day the new one was up and operating . Fair price, and totally professional installation. Great job and special thanks to Gary the installer.
