Upside: They responded to my call quickly and fixed the problem within a day. The plumber was very friendly and helpful. That was great. Downside: They left a disaster. I had to clean and scrub the entire site, including the floor, afterwards. Also, they automatically charge a service call fee of $70 that IS NOT waived when labor is needed. To clarify, thats $70 just to come out and then $70 per hour labor on top of that. Its been my experience that service call fees are waived when the result of the visit is labor. But thats not the case with Cathy Geary Plumbing.

We have used Cathy Geary for 15 years and our experience has been absolutely great. Her guys are totally professional, quiet and efficient and never leave anything for me to clean up. More than once I have had an emergency and she got someone out to handle it very quickly - once on a Friday night. The best.
