Naples Florida

Called to have them install a new toilet. Waited three days for a call back, then they twice changed the set appointment. Service Tech who finally showed could not have cared less and was not friendly. Compounding matters was a day later the toilet started an exterior leak, when we called late Friday, the OFFICE WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND WITH NO EMERGENCY NUMBER AVAILABLE. The following Wednesday someone called and asked if we had obtained a "fix." A company who doesnt have an outside emergency number, doesnt offer 24/7 service and cant return the call the following business day after their install created the problem. Forget it!

Bob Hill Plumbing did a complete renovation of my 1400 sq. ft. condominium in Naples. Outstanding! The workmanship was perfect and beautiful. They are extremely professional and do what they say they will do with excellence. They also have great ideas and sell quality products. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work.
