Our son started attending the Childtime in Brookpark 2 months ago. From our first tour of Childtime we knew it was the right choice for us. The entry to the facility is secured with key code entry so the only people that are there are supposed to be there. The rooms are very clean, open and get a lot of natural light. The outside area has age appropriate play equipment, is fenced in, and has grass for the children to play on. They try to go outside every day during the summer. Childtime also provides all of the meals which is nice because I have one less thing to worry about in the morning. So far, I have been very happy with the nutritional quality of the meals as well. They eat fruit and vegetables and don’t have a lot of fried foods. They also adjust the portion size based on age. Our son is currently in the infant/young toddler program and is doing great. The teachers have been very communicative with how he does during the day and they send home a report card each day telling us how he did. They have also been very open to our feedback and special requests. The staff turn-over seems low and the teachers have been consistent from day to day. They really seem to genuinely like the children and care for them. My son readily jumps in the arms of his teachers when he is dropped off which really reduces my anxiety when I head off to work. They have a daily curriculum that they follow and we are thrilled with how our son is doing developmentally. Since starting daycare he’s been acting more mature and independent. He’s transitioned over to cups and table food and no longer takes a bottle. He’s been verbalizing more and seems to have picked up some skills that my husband and I haven’t taught him (he can find his nose and eyes, plays new games, tries to put on his shoes and clothes himself, etc) My husband and I are so happy to have found Childtime and would highly recommend their Brookpark, Ohio location to anyone looking for daycare for their child.

The director of Beachwood location has no business working in a daycare. She has no patience whatsoever. She is not kind in her treatment of parents which makes it very difficult to have faith she can fulfill the needs of children in a loving manner. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I even called the cust support number and complained, nothing resolved.

Childtime is a very warm and welcoming environment. We welcome all families as they were a part of our own family. Our staff and teachers receive constant training are held to very high standards. We invite you to stop in any time and get to know us a little better!
