I should have pulled my son from this facility the minute they switched him from their Infant1 room to their Infant2 room. Donna (in infant 1) is the ONLY staff that isnt completely incompetent, asinine, or downright rude. I once picked up my son from the Infant 2 room only to discover that there was blood all over his face. I inspected his nose, mouth, face, and other body to parts to try to figure out where it was coming from. There were no scratches on him. I brought this to their attention since apparently no one noticed that there was another childs blood in my sons nose mouth and covering his face. The woman who was supposed to be watching him confirmed that it was another childs blood and that I should be relieved that it wasnt my own sons blood. Apparently she hasnt been made aware of blood borne pathogens. When I brought it to the owners attention she basically stated that I couldnt prove anything and that Jackson has a nosebleed. I asked if it were possible (multiple times) for them to install cameras, to which I was told that there wasnt enough interest in the issue from other parents, which essentially tells me that she has no interest in the issue, herself. Shouldnt one concerned parent be enough?? Shouldnt the safety of the children and the validity of her business be enough?? Once my son moved into their Toddler1 room he started coming home with unexplained and undocumented bruises/bites on the regular. One time my son came home with a bruise on the base of his neck, when I brought it up to his teacher, she suggested that his TAG on his SHIRT had done the bruising. I have brought this up multiple times to multiple staff members, none of them seemed to care at all, but they always made damn sure to point the fingers at me when my son started biting back. I have had multiple issues with this facility, its staff, and its owner Kathy. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Im not even sure how this facility is still open.

I cant say enough about this place, My son was enrolled here for a year I wish he could have stayed longer however due to job changes he was not able to continue attending. He went there with a speech delay, which was quickly addressed and he learned so much. He was potty trained by the teachers which was a huge help for me, and he became so happy and social. The teachers are all loving and caring, we will truly miss this place. I hope that if things change in the future that both of my boys are able to go back here.

My son has been enrolled here since September and he absolutely loves it. The staff has all the credentials and experience needed to teach and care for children
