Beyond aweful experiences with this daycare! Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. If youre looking for a place to get your child(ren) ready for their future and ready for school, I HIGHLY advise looking else where because you will NOT get that here. Theyre rated only 2 stars for a reason. The "teachers" dont know how to control the children (with the exception of 1 teacher who has been there the longest and she is the LAST of the teachers left from when the daycare was under the old administrator) The new administrator is beyond rude. They dont have their priorities straight. Amanda texts me at work to get some information for paper work, but doesnt get a hold of me when my daughter gets a black eye then claims that we need to update out number on our paper work. The number on the paper work was the same number she texted earlier She has my work number also as well as my kids dads number. My son who is fully potty trained when hes with me and with anyone else coincidently has accidents 3-4 times a week but ONLY when hes at daycare, not when hes at home at grandparents his aunts no where else. They dont pay attention to the kids Ive come to pick up my kids and in a class room with 2 "teachers" they feel the need to have BOTH teachers backs to the kids talking to the parents and a good 80% of the kids are climbing on the table. In my opinion only 1 "teacher" needs to talk to the parents at one time thats why theres 2 "teachers" right? There is no consistency in a matter of a week my son had 5 different "teachers" in his room. I was told by Amanda herself "We focus on socializing because it is becoming an issue in the schools" In my opinion academics are more important than being social. Yes, good socialization is important but a good education is more important. Id rather my kids be getting A s and Bs in school than have 100 friends and on every sport team education is whats going to them to go far in life not how many friends they have. Over all rude insulting administrator Amanda, and Amiture "Teachers" with the exception of Mrs Andria which sadly not everyone is lucky enough to get her thankfully my kids got to be with her and shes the only reason I stayed so long.

First impression of the center was good Melissa and Jackie was very welcoming. MY SON ATTENDED FOR A TOTAL OF 5 DAYS ON DAY 2 I SPOKE WITH A STAFF MEMBER ABOUT MY IMMEDIATE DISLIKES AND DAY 4 I SPOKE WITH THE JACKIE AND THE OWNER. DAY 5 WAS THE LAST STRAW! I WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO SUBJECT MY CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL TEACHERS! I think my issues began with the teachers in my son class solely. Once my son (2yrs old) started I started to see things that I wasnt happy with as he had went to daycare in PA previously and they pretty much had set our standards. His teachers werent friendly and out going as I feel you should be in childcare. When a new student come to your class I feel the teachers should be over the top welcoming this scared, nervous child. one particular day i walk in to get him and neither teacher even addressed me. It was days that i would watch online and my child was standing alone for 30 mins and never approached or engaged by staff until i called the center. My child is very warming and outgoing, never the scared timid type if your welcoming. The teacher sat down most of the day only engaging with the students during circle time which was first thing in the morning. I sat and observed one morning after breakfast, the teachers (2) made the 2yr old sit at the table after breakfast to change diapers etc, this was maybe about 40 mins of "sit down" in addition to breakfast sit down. no table play no puzzle just sitting down. During the am they would sit the kids in front of the tv that they couldnt even hear just sitting watching. tv area of course not on camera, this is usually where you would see the teacher feet sitting all day. No lesson plan was provided for the class, teacher stated she didnt make one because it was summer. No communication slips. Teachers never engaging ex- never playing with the children no art work etc. viewing the class online seemed staged because the children never really played with the toys available to them, class always clean children running around, occasionally you would see a toy or two out.

Unorganized, Inconsistent & Inconsiderate Staff (with the exception of the Asst. Director, Shes very sweet and they dont deserve her). Most of them dont have the patience to withstand their positions. I was terrified to pick my children up every evening because there was ALWAYS SOMETHING! The first week we had 3 incident reports that NONE of the staff were a witness to (this place has live surveillance). Lastly, i was called to pick my children because my 2yo kept opening the doors to the classroom (which were latch and at childrens eye levels). The children were picked up but were denied care the next day. We were told that they arent allowed to return until the "regional director" had a meeting with us (sounds pretty extensive for a 2yo that had never attended daycare prior to right?). The DIRECTOR nor The "REGIONAL DIRECTOR" Contact me ONCE on the matter AT ALL. I found that to be unsettling because if it was so serious why wasnt i contacted by them at all and by the assistant director initially? Needless to say i withdrew my children from the daycare. I called prior to coming to withdraw them and to ask if the "regional director" was there, and was told "no"..... I was out in the parking lot when i placed that call! I walked in and guess who was there!!! I was never asked why i was taking them out i was just told "Ok". Id rate the place NO STARS! Please parents, if you love your children please dont take youre children here.

I love precious angels! I have been with precious Angels for 16yrs thats how old my oldest daughter is. I have 5 children they have all attended precious angels daycare. I still have my 4 yr old that is still attending precious angels. I have never had any problems with this daycare they are one of the best daycares I have put my children in. My 4yr old attends preschool and the bus picks him up at daycare and drops him off the staff at precious Angels makes sure he gets on and off the bus. They even feed him breakfast before he goes to school. My children have never complained about anything at precious Angels. Very clean and organized daycare. My son is a hand full but the staff has patients with him and they are calm and deal with his behavior. Any other daycare would probably call me every time and tell me they cant handle him.

I have three kids going to Precious Angels, I love them. My kids have been going there for 3 years . I love the fact that they drop off and pick up from their elementary school. I dont know what I would do with out them. The teachers my kids have had have all been great, they really love Ms Jackie. my youngest are twins that will be 7 in may and started here as preschool, so glad they did, it defiantly made starting kindergarten easier last year. Tha k you precious angles, keep up the good work and doing what you do for my family and others too.
