My home needed the siding replaced for a few years now and some of the procrastination was due to the fear of a random company tearing at my home and potentially leaving me with a mess. Fortunately a representative of One Time Construction came to my home and offered a free estimate. After doing some research and meeting with Will, I felt fairly comfortable with the decision to have them do the work. Both Will and Josh were wonderful. Any questions or concerns I had during the entire process were always addressed right away. The work is now completed and it was a great experience. My porch light was missing the top and was just old. Josh installed a new one so it would look nice with the new siding. Because of the attention to detail and the pride they put into their work my siding looks amazing! Absolutely recommend One Time Construction.

One Time Construction in Brunswick did a wonderful job with the roof and siding on our home. The crew was polite, professional, and clean-up was perfect. We had cheaper options, but believed this Master Elite Contractor would do the best job, and we couldnt be more pleased. GAF Camelot II Lifetime Shingles transformed our home into our Castle! It’s the best looking roof on the street! The improvement in curb appeal is amazing; It really stands out and weve had many compliments. With the Golden Pledge Warranty we have the assurance that our roof not only looks good - it was properly installed as well. We are very satisfied with the product and One Time Construction.
