Same experience as the other two companies on here. NEVER do business with this company if your a subcontractor. They never pay, and if they do its short. Research them more, there in court a lot, one of the owners is a lawyer. If I was a business owner I would avoid using them because your liable to have some angry sub-contractors filing liens against your property, and/or picketing your job site.

Fortney & Weygandt doesnt like to pay their bills. Any subcontractor looking to do work for this company should avoid them at all cost. One owner is a lawyer, and has developed shady contracts, that are totall in favor of their company. Do not enter into a contract with this company unless you sign an AIA contract, where both sides have remedies.
