We recently purchased a home on Sanibel. It required attention for dry rot and a related structural problem that had developed as a result of a water leak. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Mike McGinn was great. He knows what is required for this environment and clearly detailed what it would take to fix the problem. He and his team were on time, very personable and would explain the repair as it progressed. They kept the job site clean and I am very satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend McGinn Construction.

Christinas eye for design and consultative approach was incredibly helpful while planning our remodel, and Mikes presence onsite every day showed a true commitment to high quality service. The project was completed on time, and within our budget. Christina, the companys interior designer, was easy to work with and helped us choose materials along the way.
