Called 3 times for an estimate to enlarge my patio and add a screen room. On the third call I talked to a man who said the estimator would call me back within an hour. Never happened. He called late the next day but never showed up. Called twice more and finally my wife got a call from from the estimator and he was to come out the following Mon. at 9. The next day I get a call from him said he would be here on Tues at 9. Again the following day he called and said he made 2 appointments with us and wanted to cancel one, told him to pick a day. He chose Tues he asked to change the time from 9 to 10 said OK, he never showed or called waited all day on him. Made a couple more calls he finally called said he would be out the next Mon.at 9 he showed up at 10:30 looked over the job told my wife he would email an estimate. That was over two weeks ago, still waiting. I guess they are having too much fun working for the snow birds, not worrying about the locals. Maybe they pay more, who knows?

All I can say is that they have horrible customer service and a very high and mighty, look down on everyone else attitude. Look and go elsewhere.
