I will not be going back for my perms or any cuts. The manager did not want to do my perm and gave the direction to a NEW stylist who I know did not do perms. She was not even to wash my hair and asked manager how to do it. Then she came back to me and told me I was going to be charged more than advertised price because manager looked at my hair and determined it. My hair is not even shoulder length but is long enough to roll on perm rollers. I had asked when I first arrived if she was manager, because I wanted an experienced manager to do my perm, due to fact I had to have a perm redone about there a couple of years ago, which was a disaster.

Absolutely horribly. These people charged my daughter $51 for a flat iron, even though when we walked in and asked how much it was they said 26.50. She said she trimmed my daughters hair, but we asked for a flat iron not a trim. These people must be deaf. Because they dont seem to hear what people have to say. Never ever again will you see me in that smartstyle again. Im going to call headquarters I demand a refund, or else. It wont be pretty.

Well its mothers day and yep know its last minute but got my hair done this morning and its terrible she used entirely too much product on my hair! I am a cosmetologist and when you do someones hair you have to know someones texture of what to do and not to do my hair is greasy and wayed down no movement at all! Very disappointed and GUESS I HAVE TO REDO IT MY SELF WHICH I DIDNT WANT TO DO ALREADY ! Ughhhh
