I like this place and it is my go to always when I get my cuts and have my hair thinned Ive been going for close to 3 years now. However on the down side Ive got 2 bad cuts. One wasnt that bad and didnt bug me much, my hair was just uneven so I called and was told to come in and got it evened out. The bad experience- not long ago I got my hair thinned well one lady thinned it way to much and also thinned my top layers of my hair (Ive been getting my hair thinned for 13 years now and never has someone thinned the top part of my hair) So my bangs had got cut way to short in the process. Im still waiting on that part of my bangs to grow out so I can have my bangs back to normal Im very bummed about that as summer is coming and I love my hair to be shorter and a choppy kinda look now Im left with weird looking bangs. When I came in to get my hair fixed the lady was mind blown how the other lady thinned the top of my hair and cut my bangs. Ive only had one real bad experience here and wish I could get a refund on the cut where my bangs got messed up but the last lady I seen (Charday) did the best she could and she made it look a bit better. I wish I could have gotten a free cut as I went in to fix a mess up on a employees end but Charday did help as much as she could. I like her and Karrl. My advice always get names of who cuts your hair even if its bad. I make sure I got every ladys card and name who has ever cut mine. Glad I did because I know who to see and who not to.

The WORST haircut I have had in 32 years. So uneven, not remotely what I asked for. I am so angry I am in tears. I hope this place closes so the idiots working there never mess someones hair up as bad as they did mine.
