I used to swear by this company years ago. The last three Batches of hair extensions has been horrible. The time before last I ordered my normal 16,18,20 Brazilian body wave and at the time I was trying out a new hair stylist. I was convinced that due to the way she had sewn in my hair was the reason it was becoming tangled. The only reason I thought this was the issue was because previously WCH has been nothing but amazing. Decided to throw away my extensions after maybe 6 weeks. I then order more hair from WCH. This time 18,20,22 in the same style, Brazilian body wave. This hair was great for a week. After a week it was becoming so matted and tangled that I decided to reach out and ask them about their distributor. They then asked me when was the hair purchased and once I told them they said at that time they were having issues with the distributor that they were using at the time and were giving bad batches of hair. My thought was why didnt they reach out to people that purchased hair during that time to offer them some type of compensation.. they then sent me a replacement order of 3 more bundles of the same length and style that was previously purchased. I now have this hair installed and it tangles and SHEDS like crazy. I have to comb through it multiple times a day for it to look decent. Im OFFICIALLY done with WCH. In the past I have sent everyone I know to WCH now I will tell them about my history with them and it sucks because its a black owned company and I would love to give them my support but now I have to put my trust into another company.

If you are looking for great extensions at the right price World Class Hair Care is the place for you!! I would like to share my experience with World Class Hair Care. This company is the best in its business. I have used this company over a year and I love it. The products are amazing, the extensions are well weft, and there are no chemical smells that most hair possesses. I have had a big issue in the past with other hair extension companies, because their products caused my face to breakout. Per my dermatologist I needed to stop wearing extensions but I knew that there had to be a company that could offer extensions that I could wear. Then I ran across WORLD CLASS HAIR CARE!! The employees offer great customer service. They go over and beyond to not only help you with purchasing the best products for you but they also offer you knowledge about the products. Did I not mention that this is a BLACK OWNED company, yes BLACK OWNED company!!! The young lady Elle Clark is amazing; she gives back to the community among other things. So this is the third time and THE LAST TIME, I have purchased hair from this company! First of all, customer service sucks! I spent over $180.00 on two bundles, the least I can get is a smile! Now to the hair. I purchased the Brazilian straight two times prior. I only wore the hair for two week and they were both self installed. Last week,I purchased the Brazilian Curly and it sheds and mattes!! on top of the that, my head is on fire! The weave is so itchy! And the worst part of it all is the smell. The weave has a funny smell that I can not get out. I tried shampoo,conditioner, and spray. I dont know if they kept this hair in a old bag of chips! I will never ever buy hair from here again! I only had this hair in ONE week, and I paid for the installed and I am taking it out today! Ladies please dont do it! Save your money and time! I will be trying herimports or mercyhairextensions.

Ive purchased hair from her WTHarris location and South Blvd location. The Brazilian is pretty hair and last for about 4 installs. BUT here are my qualms about this establishment #1...she is ALWAYS out of stock...on practically everything ALWAYS. #2....my car door knob has better personality and CUSTOMER SERVICE. No smile, no concern that you drove all the way across town to do business with her (called ahead too) to only get there and she doesnt have the hair you requested. This is one of the UNFRIENDLIEST/SMILELESS (yes new word) establishments everrrr.

Purchased the indian curly hair and it felt good before buying, looked good but after about 2 weeks it started shedding bad the matting began. People still thought it looked good but unfortunately I had to work soo hard to untangle and it did not straighten at all. I got it professionally installed and upkept regularly so it lasted a couple months but I probably will not recieve hair from this company again. Owner and assistant were nice and helpful.

I purchased hair about a year ago and ive washed/conditioned it and it still bounces back like new, I was a little surprised to see any bad reviews because everyone Ive referred has had the same great experience I have! I will be making my second purchase only because I bleached/colored that hair so im starting fresh with new bundles! I will say the hair is one of the best investments ive made, see you guys soon!!!

This my second time purchasing the first was Brazilian body wave had it almost a year and never not one problem.or complaint about it the best hair I have ever purchased my second purchase is the Peruvian straight ready to get it installed Im sure Im going to love it too its so pretty and soft! I am a hair stylist and the hair is NOT good I had spent 200.00 and hate that I waste my money, it sheds, and get very thin!!! I ask for my money back with in 3 days and was told to submit an Email for complaint and still NO resolution they did NOTHING to help me, Please do NOT waste your money or time!!!!

Quality of hair not as advertised. Hair burnt on to my stylists flat iron as she was doing my hair. And when I contacted the customer service number to request a 50% refund no one responded to me. Will not use them again and my stylist has vowed not to recommend her customers to them again.
