I come to this great clips once a month for the past two years and have generally been pretty happy with the outcomes. Came in at 12:30 on 4/3/17. Stylist took 5 minutes and said she was done. Neckline was completely crooked and asked her to re-cut it as well as touch up the top which was done poorly. She gave me attitude as if I was being picky and was blatantly irritated. Left a small tip and she was openly pissed about it. On my way back to the office I see that she completely butchered my sideburns and they are almost an inch separate in height. Going to get another haircut to fix all the mistakes that she made. Would have given less than one star if that was possible. Never going back.

First time was good found a good stylist Was told they dont take appointments. 2nd time. I went in. Asked for the same stylist and waited. for her to finish with customer and as she finished. I assumed it was my turn but she took another customer. who had just walked in the door I got up walked out and dont intend to go back.

This is one of my favorite locations to get a hair cut. The staff are very alert and kind, making sure you feel valued and properly attended to during your visit. The temperature, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the store are very well maintained. My only takeaway from the location was that its quite busy and your wait time will be over 15 minutes unless you use their app

Worst haircut Ive ever had. It was uneven and lop sided in the front. I ended up coming home and giving myself a buzz cut right after just to get rid of it. And this was after telling the hair dresser I had pictures later that day going she would take her time to get it right. Just save the embarrassment and go to Mr Haircut.
