This girl hacked my hair told her I wanted a side bang and got stuck with a hacked 90s bangs thats not even. I have long pieces and pieces that are super short I wish I could upload a picture of this awful cut then on my length of the rest of my hair one side is shorter then the other . . I went back to get my money back 26$ cause I got a treatment on my hair as well and they only refunded me 14 for the cut didnt even return the money i tipped my bangs are so short I cant even do anything to fix it I cried for hours Im still upset smh

I walked in here ten minutes to closing to get a bang trim and before I could open my mouth the lady said "mam we are about to close soon you can come back in the morning". The way she spoke to me was so rude. I used to work at a hair salon and wed take people that walked in a minute before closing because we wanted their business. Clearly this store does not. As soon as I walked out she turned around and locked the door. Very unsatisfied. Will not be coming back in the morning I can tell you that much.
