I stopped in today after work to get a haircut, thinking it would be nice to have place on the way home to get quick haircut. Two people were in the chairs, one other person was waiting, they made a big deal of putting my name in the computer. A high school kid came in that the older, leathery skin stylist obviously knew. She told him two people were ahead of him and asked if that was alright. The two people ahead of me got done, another stylist took the 1st guy, then Miss way-too-tanning took the high school kid back and looked me directly in the eye and smirked. You know what? All she had do was ask - I would have been fine with letting him go first. Instead, she gave me the old "What are you going to do about it" look. There are plenty of other places to get a haircut, and Ill tell everyone I know not to stop here. Its a shame how one sorry employee can ruin a businesss reputation.

Monica is was the only person there that could really give a great haircut and now she is gone. She has moved to another Great Clips. Vineyards Village in Braselton Ga. My husband works in Duluth so fortunately he can stop by there on the way home from work. The girl that cut my hair was overly confident that she could cut my hair into a shag, now its more like a bowl was put on my head. Too big for her britches. Im just going to suffer with it until it grows out as I dont want to ever go through those doors again. Im even afraid to have them try to straighten it out. It is such a mess. Take my advice and dont go there if you are a woman and want anything but a trim. They lost the best beautician they ever had. MONICA!

I got my hair cut by Bree she did a amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got it. I highly recommend her. The service here is great no one is rude and the price is great. Overall I am a very happy customer.

Love this location for a fast, affordable haircut. The stylists are cheerful and we always get great cuts. My teen kids love it here. Why pay $50+ when you can pay $15? *Check in online for faster service.

Rude. I went to get a perm they wanted me there at 9 am I stood at the door till 9:20 they say in there and talked and ignored me I will never go back there again.seriously this place has gone down hill.
