Please do NOT go here. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I submitted photos to this location so you can see what my stylist did to my hair. For the past year, Ive been getting my hair cut in a simple lob (long bob) style. I moved from Indianapolis this year, and since I went to an awesome Great Clips back home, I decided to give this one a try because my hair was getting too long - it was several inches past my shoulders. I thought it would be safe to try since the hairstyle is a VERY EASY ONE. I went here and showed my stylist the inspiration photo I posted to this location. I told her I just needed my lob trimmed, and she giggled and said "Umm...whats a lob? Is that, like, a long bob?" I should have gotten up and left immediately, but Ive never had a worse experience than this place, so I had no idea how bad it was about to get. She hacked off so much hair it was unreal. Nothing was even, and the right side of my hair was longer than the left. I finally just told her "enough" and left, certain that it was just shorter than I wanted but probably still okay. I came home and tried washing and styling my hair, and then I realized how the back of my head looked. Or rather, the LACK of what it looked like. That stylist had literally CHOPPED it all off. I am so angry about what happened to me here, it is inexcusable. My husband drove me back so we could get a refund and speak to the manager. The manager was kind, but there was pretty much nothing she could do - I didnt have enough hair left to try and fix the situation. My husband and I left on vacation a week later, and I pretty much wore hats the entire time. This was back in July, and Im still trying to grow out my shortest back layers. Worst haircut ever. Worst experience ever. Great Clips - hire people who actually know what theyre doing. There is no excuse for what happened to me, especially when you see the easy inspiration picture. I wish so badly Id never given this place a chance. Please avoid this place.

This was my second visit with Peyton and she is great. Other stylists Ive been to dont even try to maintain a conversation. Its a much more pleasant experience when the stylist is friendly. Regarding online check-in - I would suggest that if people are not there when their name is called, that they drop to the bottom of the list. I did not experience a long wait, but the names of 3 boys/men were called three different times and they were not there. If people cant be there on time then others should not have to wait that do arrive on time. I would have been extremely upset if these 3 people walked in right before my turn and I had to wait another 1/2 hour. Please consider making this change to your system.

Extremely disappointed with the cut my son recieved. I took a picture in of what I wanted and it looked nothing like it. I am not even sure the lady looked at the picture. Completely buzzed on the sides with no fade what so ever like I requested. It took me weeks to talk him into a hair cut and told him they werent going to take that much off and she completely butchered it. Hoping I can go in tomorrow and someone can at least make it look presentable. It will be the last time we come in. I wish I could load a picture so you could see the horrible job done. I would have asked them to correct it right after but I was so upset I couldnt even get the words out. My son is not happy. :(

Horrible in all aspects. I had read all (negative) ratings before going to this place but thought to take my chance. I have been using Great Clips thro many cities and states now. But this one, Just 1 word- Avoid 1. Every girl out there is rude, shows attitude 2. They treat u as if they do a favour 3. People check-in online while entering or just standing outside the door and hurray they take priority even if others have been waiting. Happened in front of me not twice or thrice but five times in 30 minutes!!! 4. Service is mediocre 5. No expertise at all. Boys, better buy your own trimmer than spending bucks here Hope franchise owners are reading this.....

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very poor service. Made an appointment on the app for 2 people and the wait was 13 mins. When I got there they said it would take over an hour wait, plus they would MAYBE only be able to cut one of us. The manager did not care. Will never come back to this place again. Will not recommend this place to anyone!

After a 45 minute wait, the stylist I got was very short and unfriendly. It felt like she rushed through the entire process, neglecting the sides and back. The whole experience was negative and the haircut turned out mediocre. The clean up was quick and left hair on my neck and forehead. This was an unpleasant experience even for 12$ haircuts.

I checked in online, and was told I had a 40 min wait by the website. Thought okay, Ill hit Krogers first and then showed up at 35 mins. Then I sat in their waiting room for another 15 while people who checked in as walk ins were helped before me. Why have online check in then? Very unprofessional.

Horrible i just sat there for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word or writing me down then the fat girl with the black framed glasses looks at me asks if ive been helped i said no and then she took the next 2 walkins ill never waste my time there again

Have always had a great experience here! Laura has cut my sons hair for years and is always so sweet. My granddaughter just started getting her haircut and I will only have Laura do it. Thank you Laura for always keeping the kids gorgeous.

They did the worst job on my hair. They didnt listen to how i wanted it cut and cut way too much off. I specifically told them to cut off the ends and the lady kept messing up!

Before getting a service, ask the name of the hair stylist . The girl named Danielle performed hair cut and wasnt friendly. She was very rude. However the hair cut was good.
