My wife went in there she had pretty platinum hair, and she wanted just a little bit of gold put in because her hair was breaking. The lady showed her a swatch of hair to decide what color tint should be put in her hair. So my wife agreed and went in and had it tinted, and the first time they checked the color it was dark brown, since she was a professional she should of known since her hair so light and porous her hair would of grabbed the color and it would adsorb the darker color.She realized her mistake and tried to lighten it two times. She walked out of there with a "Brassy Mud" color.This "Mistake" cost us over $100.00 to fix it The staff is very rude and we still had to pay for the "treatment" not to mention I waited three hours for a simple haircut and never got it several customers walked out while we were there. We will never return to this place and recommend others to do the same. You are better off at a barber shop.

If the new girl with a tattoo of a heart on her right wrist tries to cut your hair, RUN!!!!!!!! First she comes out of the back and starts to enter a new customer into their computer and when finished just invited them back. The customer knowing I was there first said, "I think he is up". The girl then said rudely, oh I just assumed he was waiting for someone". Then while she was cutting my hair she was loudly ranting about something social/political that was going on to the point of annoyance. This also apparently distracted her because she then cut the back of my hair on a very bad angle making one side a 1/2 inch higher than the other. The correction now has my hair line way to high. Before leaving I then noticed she missed a small part of hair on the side and asked her to get it. She then did not use the correct guard number and I now have steps in the side of my head. I will NEVER use this place again.

The picture we gave the stylist looks nothing like the haircut my mom recieved. Melinda was the "stylist" who did the cut. She had a bad attitude as well as the other women working. The cut took less than 15 minutes when it should have taken way more time, it was rushed. My mother had to tell her she wanted bangs after she said she was done. It was cut too short and the layers are nothing like what was requested. Must say her work attire wasnt what youd expect for the job either. A shorter skirt with sandals when your working around hair on the floor? Save your money, dont go here. Spend more money and go to a real salon where you will at least be treated better because it is well worth it! This was my moms first hair cut in years, this was not the experience I wanted her to have!

Very friendly staff. The haircut was twelve dollars, which is fine.. However the stylist was really rough on my fiancées head while cutting his hair. She poked him in the ear with the comb several times and clawed him on the forehead with her fingernails! His haircut isnt what he wanted, but honestly he just wanted the stylist to stop man-handling his skull, so she did a sub par job. We will not be going back.

I take my son to the hair cut. They give him bad hair cut.That the lady dont know cut the line of the hair to my son.My son hair very bad it no same legnth to other side. I told her she can fix it my son hair and she say "I cant do anything for that". It bad this place I never return this place.

Piss poor management. Their posted business hours mean nothing. Dont bother showing up at 9 am they dont open until 11am maybe. I signed in and waited in their waiting room for 2+ hours only to find out my name was "dropped" from their list. They did offer a complimentary cut though.

This place sucks!!! I went in to have a cut and hair color done and was told that they couldnt color my hair for me because I use box color on my hair. Well sorry to tell you that has no truth what so ever sorry you didnt want my money!!!

I wish I could put 0 stars. The stylist was absolutely incompetent and had no clue what she was doing. It pained me to pay money for my haircut that looks like my 4 year old sister could do better. I will not be returning EVER!
