I used to go to this place because they had couple of good stylist. This time, none of them was at the store! Terrible haircut this time! The stylist (Bree) does not have the skills for this job! she cut my hair unequal in both sides and more than what I asked for. Even in one side, there are different lengths on one line from top to my ears :( When I came back home, my wife had to cut my hair one more time to make acceptable. You can imagine how short is my hair now!!!! Not happy at all!!! The stylists stair at you and your hand when you are signing the bill to make sure you are giving the tip and how much! I am not going there anymore!

Ive had reasonable luck with this place, but never had a particularly good or bad experience. Strangely enough, I was in the store for the previous reviewers haircut. They really did mess this guys hair up. I just remember sitting thinking that I was lucky I ended up with the particular stylist that I did, cause his hair was visibly uneven, even from 5 ft away. Had I not deposited a check first, I would have gotten there before him and gotten that stylist.

Honestly...I dont even know if the barber had any training. I requested emo bangs. 1) she didnt know what "emo bangs"/"emo hair" was(idk how, its a pretty well-known style) 2) I described the cut to her in detail, and she screwed up. Really badly. 3) I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which isnt a good sign... Overall, my experience was bad :/ I dont recommend this place to anyone, the service is terrible.

I went to Ann Arbor-Saline Great Clips for the first time today. Packard was filled up 74 minutes ahead of me and both people I wanted were not available. I waited only about 15 minutes and had HUI for my stylist and she did a very nice job. I liked the two people who were working there and it is closer for me than the Packard Road store that I have gone to for about five years.

Mens haircut - easy enough right? Manager lady "michelle" totally screwed my hair up. She decided to chat about nonsense rather than focus on the cut. Ended up getting shaved above one ear and not the other. They tried to fix it to no avail. Didnt charge me for the cut, but thats irrelevant when youre walking around with a crap cut. F YOU MICHELLE!

My haircuts at Great Clips have been very successful. I prefer asking for Michelle, who is pleasant and has done a good job giving me a haircut numerous times. Other staff have also done a good job. Overall the shop gives a good haircut at a fair price.

I always got a well done cut at Great Clips. I usually had Amy, but the other stylists were great as well. Always up for chatting if youre interested. Waiting time was usually not bad at all.
