I called and said asked if we showed up a minute before they close would they cut our hair. They said they lock the doors at 5 pm and if we showed up a minute earlier technically they would have to cut our hair. We got there door was unlocked and we was refused hair cuts. There was four employees there, three just standing there. She could have just said no on the phone.

Never have the same stylist twice and the last to cut my sons hair completely hacked it and cut the front so crooked that after 6 weeks of growth and another haircut, you can still tell.
