Techno Tonics

Ive been going to this great clips for about a year now. Never have I seen such disrespectful people at a haircutting place. The person who was cutting my hair was incompetent as can be. I had to tell the person 3-4 times to cut my sideburns and she finally told me : "you can do them at home." To make things even worse, she didnt even ask me how I wanted it cut, nor did she care about my day. She was far to worried about the previous customers. She rushed my haircut, didnt care about me, and did a cruddy job of doing a haircut. I probably could have done a better job cutting my own hair than she did. I hardly ever am displeased with anything in my life and this was by far the rudest place I have ever been to. Id really like a refund for my money. It wasnt really full of people, the wait time was 10 minutes, which wasnt bad, but after everyone had left there were 2 stylist left doing nothing but complaining about previous customers. Im sorry, but who does that? I would understand it if they were super busy and they didnt want to talk to me. The previous time I arrived to this great clips the person kept the back of my hair looking like horns of a devil. This place is not a good place to go to. I am surprised that this place is still in business.

I just left this Great Clips Salon feeling so much better than I had when I walked in, (5 minutes before closing time with hat on head) apologizing for the late arrival and pleading for someone to help me and my ridiculously over bleached, frizzy head of what was left of my once long , thick, dark hair only six weeks and five boxes of color ago! Michelle to the rescue.....she can do magic!! Thanks for staying late, Michelle, and sending me home with a great haircut and giving me hope for my future hair! I will see you in six weeks and every six weeks after! Take it from a real "head" case, Michelle is an amazing hair stylist. :-)

The girl asked if this was my first visit, which it was. She did not introduce herself, so I dont know her name. She sat me in a chair and asked how I wanted my hair cut. All I wanted was a shampoo and blow dry. She asked if I wanted a style or blow dry. She also asked how I wanted my hair blown to the right or left, it was blown to the back. I was charged $25.00 for a 20 minute job. I had called previously and was told a shampoo and blow started at $15.00. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and she charged me for a "Regular Style". Too expensive for the job she did! I will not go back. I redid my hair when I got home.

I have been going to this salon for approximately 2 years and have always had the greatest experience. Deb is wonderful. She always gives me the best hair cuts, just like I asked for. I am elderly, handicap and hard to please; but she has the most patience with me. Everyone in the shop is very professional, courteous and most helpful. I give them the highest rating possible. Bad service they were busy and did a horrible job on my daughters hair, they also hit my daughter at least 5 times with the blow drier and hit her on the nose with the brush. I do not recommend this place.
