Absolutely the most unprofessional & very rude. We arrived before 7pm....walk in & "WERE CLOSED" not hello, we cant stay past 7pm..we can cut your hair but your our last customer..., nothing...their customer service is Pathetic!!! Besty the GM needs to get them in check...✔ No one claimed to be "lod or Mic" (Leader on duty or manager in charge) If this speaks for how Great clips operates, Id never recommend getting a cut here!!!! Lebanon Great Clips!!

Some of these places the haircuts can really be hit and miss. Im a high n right fade type of guy.. and they always nail it. As long as I tell them exactly how I want my hair done, I get what I expected every single time. I cant say that for every big chain or even every great clips but I do for this particular location.

My son and I got great haircuts and the staff were super friendly and cut out hair exactly the way we wanted it. Will b going back for sure! Totally recommend them...

I received a horrible haircut that cause extreme pain from a razor burn. The manager, Rob, stated this was because the inexperienced barber kept using a dull blade.

I told them multiple times. DO NOT CUT THE TOP! I am growing it out, i come out with the top an inch shorter. There goes about a month of growing it out.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! I HAVE GAVE EVERY EMPLOYEE A CHANCE AND EVERY TIME I HAD TO GET IT FIXED AT SUPER CUTS. THEY ARE QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!!!
