I went in with 3 pictures to show the stylist what I wanted, he looked at the pictures once in the beginning and again right at the end before he was finished. The whole experience was quiet, he didnt say one word or ask any questions and it took more than an hour for him to finish, it was the longest haircut I have ever been through and at the end I didnt even get what I asked for. I wanted multiple layers and got one. When I asked him if he could add more so it would look more dramatic and layered he told me to come back later, within 7 days, for them to fix it for free and then practically rushed me out the door. The bangs I wanted did not have the entire front of my hair framing my face but that is what I got, I look 15 years older and like I am right out of an 1980s movie. I am unsure if this guy was new but because I was told to come back later for them to fix it, I am never going back again. I rather pay someone else to fix it then them fixing it for free. The whole experience was uncomfortable and irritating.

I went in for a haircut. I was told it would be 30 minutes there were two ahead of me. Quintin took forever cleaning his brushes and then after 10 of doing that he called the person ahead of me, the other stylist was doing a color and there was another stylist doing paperwork at front desk. So 40 minutes went by, Ive been waiting for 50 minutes now , and another customer comes in, the stylist doing the color tells me she will take the haircut instead of me because shes in the middle of a color, now remember I wanted a haircut, then I wait another 23 minutes and still no service at that time another stylist comes in to start work she looks at book sees Im waiting says nothing and walks to the back room. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I said Im leaving this is taking way to long and all they said was ok thank you have a nice day. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THAT LOCATION OR ANY OTHER BIORICS. Extremely poor on all levels Doesnt deserve even 1 star

I been getting my hair cut at this salon for over a year, up to today good experience. However, the staff working today (1/30/16) 5:45pm completely rude and unprofessional. Never going back there again. Walked and all they could manage was laugh. Guess thats what you get leaving inexperienced young girls in charge. Great Clips now has my business.

Rushing, not even hair cut. I asked for all my split ends off and after he was done DRY cutting my hair I still had plenty of split ends. Dont recommend.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for the past couple of months and it has become my default. Havent had a bad haircut here and prices are reasonable.
