I have to say that I was pretty apprehensive before I went in for my consultation. Ive never done anything like this before. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was there! Stephanie did an awesome job explaining everything thoroughly and making sure that I understood exactly what I was getting and recommending the best way to allocate my budget. I left feeling completely at ease and that I really got a ton for my money. My first treatment was for my back, neck and hairline and the back of my arms. It was so simple and painless! They did an excellent job and I was in and out in no time. I didnt have any redness or irritation like Ive read about from some other local clinics. The techs were so sweet and made what I thought would be an uncomfortable process a simple one. I cannot recommend Premier Laser Spa enough!!! They really made this process so easy. They are professional and their prices are really reasonable. If you are like me and having reservations about getting treated, rest assured that they will take excellent care of you!

Highly recommended and worth the money! I purchased my first set (six) of treatments through Groupon in the spring of 2013 and to be honest I was terrified to even go to my first appointment. I have very sensitive, fair skin and was so worried that it might permanently scar my skin or it would hurt tremendously. Needless to say, I was so pleased with the very first treatment, that Ive gone on to purchase the remaining two treatments (for the guarantee) to finish up my Brazilian and I will have my last treatment in May 2014. My next step is to have my underarms done! The ladies at Premier are so wonderful and have exceptional customer service. They give great results, and they always have specials on treatment packages. The procedures are very quick and only a little uncomfortable, not nearly as painful as I expected given the pain I had felt from waxing. I am so glad I overcome my fears and had this done. It was a great decision and I am more than pleased with my results! Thank you Premier Laser Spa!

I just finished a full round of treatments on my lower legs (8 treatments total), and Im thrilled with the results. I am one of those people who has always had to shave every day, but I began seeing results immediately. After the 6th treatment, I was down to shaving maybe once a week (and that was just minor fine hair and stubble). After treatment 8, I am completely hair free! There was zero pain involved until the last couple of treatments, where they raised the settings a bit. Even then, it was just minor discomfort, completely tolerable. The staff at Premier Laser Spa in Knoxville is very professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. They are obviously knowledgeable about their services and are always happy to answer questions; however, I never felt pressured to purchase any services I didnt want. Still, I cannot wait to begin treatments on additional areas. I highly recommend Premier Laser Spa for all hair removal needs! I highly recommend Premier Laser Spa!

I recently just finished my fifth visit at Premier Laser Spa in Knoxville. I have been very pleased with my results! I was very hesitant at first. I was worried about the cost, what if the hair grew back, seeing results and the embarrassment of the areas that I wanted treated. I had no reason to worry. I went in to check out their black Friday specials and was rather surprised by the package that I was able to get. They also offer a lifetime warranty!! I could see results even after my first visit, which made me feel very good about the decision I had made to get it done. They have been very knowledgeable about the questions that I have, which put my mind at ease. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the areas I am treating, I had no reason to be embarrassed...its their job. I would recommend anyone to at least check out their options, I already have to a couple friends:) What can it hurt.

I had my very first treatment at Knoxville Premier Laser Spa, this time last year on what is considered a Large Treatment Area. The staff is very knowledgeable in explaining the different phases of hair growth, treatment options and processes. I left my consultation very confident and excited to see what the results would look like. Kim is excellent, by the way. It is very worth the "guarentee". Immediately I could see results with in the first few treatments. I was surprised to find how quickly I can get in for a treatment and with no irritation, carry on with my everyday activites afterwards. I purchased my first few treatments through LivingSocial. I figured it was worth a try and if I didnt like it, I wasnt out too much money. Needless to say, I was so pleased with the very first one that Ive gone on to purchase all of the treatments to finish up my underarms and added a second package to do my bikini line also. Once these two areas are finished up, Im planning on doing my legs! The ladies at Premier are amazing. Excellent customer service, they give great results, and there are always specials on treatment packages. The procedures are very quick and only a little uncomfortable. Not nearly as painful as I imagined. Seriously the best money Ive ever spent. Worth every penny!

I have been to another place here in Knoxville and did not have a good experience at all with the staff, the machines, or the overall results of my hair removal. Knoxville Premier Laser Spa was much more professional and inviting. The machines hurt way less and they didnt have to use the annoying gel that other places use. It also took a fraction of the time for the treatments compared to the other place, which is helpful in this busy world. Im sure that this time around my results will be better and Ill be more willing to come back for more areas.

Premier Laser Spa is the best place around to go to for your hair removal needs! My laser technician is Natalie Malicote and I recommend her to anyone considering laser hair removal. She is very professional and takes her time in assessing your hair/skin types to determine which treatments will have the best results for you. Her efficiency and professionalism, plus her sweet personality, make her the best laser technician around! I have had 5 treatments done by her so far, and I am seeing excellent results! I cant wait to go back for my next treatment!
