I have never been one to complain. But the past several times Ive been to this store Ive received a horrible hair cut. And have had enough. There is one girl in there that does a great job but the rest seem like they have no idea what they are doing (or at least the 4 that Ive been to other than her). Each time they try to blame it on incorrect notes and try to change the notes to something else. How hard is it to do a simple fade? Today I went in and got a haircut from another new person. She hacked at it for less than 5 minutes and asked if that was alright. I asked her politely to clean up the side and take a LITTLE more off the top. She fixed the sides somewhat but then took 3 times as much off the top as she originally had leaving it way to short. When youve been getting the same hair cut for 30 years you develope a feel for if the person knows what they are doing and this person was clueless. I keep thinking that it just must be that one person, but after 4 consecutive visits of getting a screwed up hair cut I dont think Ill ever go to this store again.Theyve also screwed up my sons hair cut before. He wanted an extra special hair cut for picture day at school (he wanted it like Justin Bieber) and an older lady left him with almost a buzz from scissor cutting. He was in tears in the way home. Ive not had this problem at any other Great Clips and Ive been to many. I recommend you go to another store or pay a little extra and go to Sports Clips.

The staff are always friendly. I am a loyal Great Clips customer visiting a salon once a week to have my short hair cut but the last three weeks in a row I have had to visit another salon to have my haircut fixed. Its very awkward to tell your stylist that he or she has done a crappy job. Today my stylist knew I wasnt happy and she still did or could not fix her fading issues. Once again I have left one salon and immediately went to another salom with the hopes of getting a proper fade. This is very inconvenient and Im getting tired of paying for a service and having to waste another hour of my time to drive across town to get my hair re-cut. Im not a very happy camper right now.

Just used this place for a quick wash and blow dry. Not sure if its the shampoo and other products that were used, I didnt get the salon results I expected. I get better results when I blow dry myself at home. Hair was not even completely dry when stylist said she is done. had to ask her to do dry more. The great clips ppl did get back to me afterwards and they went out of their way and refunded my money. This I feel is great customer service

Ive been coming here for a few years. The haircut is usually good every time, however once my neckline was crooked. They offer to correct their mistake or if you want more taken off just by coming back in again for no extra charge. Its affordable and service is normally quick with hardly any wait. The entire staff is nice.

Dont go unless you use there on line app If you walk in you get lied to and mislead 2 ahead that where not there and 15 minutes turn in 3 people going with 1 still on list ahead and 20 minutes
