DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE! ZERO STARS!. I have never in my life been to a place with such rude, inconsiderate, uncaring, mean spirited employees. This includes the assistant manager. We took our 4 year old nephew in for a haircut and it was the worst experience we have ever had! This child had never cried during a haircut in the past. By the time they got done with him, he was traumatized and screaming. The "hairdresser" startled the child with the clippers and never paused or said a word to try to ease his fears, but instead continued to use the clippers in a rough manner leaving a red line all the way across the back of his neck. With a look of disgust, she had the assistant manager take over. She was as uncaring as the first one saying our nephews fear and screaming "wasnt bothering her a bit". We had to tell her several times that "he was DONE " before we could get her to turn the clippers off. After this, I am sure he will have a difficult time with future haircuts. I am still upset, as are his mother and uncle. I will never visit another Sports Clips. Please--NEVER TAKE A CHILD TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT and be especially leary of the middle aged witch with the dark tan.

First time coming here. And its the last time Im coming here. Minute I walked in I was rudely greeted. Whatever. No biggie. Contiuned to check in and get seated. Asked to get a mow hawk and all I got were smirks and laughs. Then was told that they "needed someone with more confidence to cut my hair"….The fact that the person who was going to cut my hair couldnt even do that makes me not want to come back here again. Worst service ever. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

Took my son for a haircut and the woman that normally cut his hair didnt work there anymore I should have left at that point but my son really needed a haircut and this place was the only one open. The woman that gave him his haircut even said before we left if you want to bring him back tomorrow and i can cut it again you can. Lets just say we are going to find somewhere else.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Asked for a little trim and she pretty much gave me a buzz cut. I go to the I one on Papermill all the time and they are awesome but the crew here just wants to get you in and out with no care of quality. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK! Save your money. Oh it makes me give one star to give a review but its really a -5

My son and I went to get a haircut today and Kim, my regular stylist, was out and Kari gave us both a haircut today. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut. Always an enjoyable experience getting my hair cut here and its the one thing I do to pamper myself. Cant go wrong with Kari or Kim.

Horrible experience!!! I took my 10 year old son to get his hair cut and the woman had an attitude to begin with. Then she starts buzzing his hair and my child is in tears because shes pushing his head and hurting him with the buzzers. I will never go back!!!

Mediocre service, at best. This wasnt the worst haircutting experience Ive had in C Knoxville area, but its pretty close. It took three people to bring some form of symmetry to my beard, and no lineup was done after the haircut. I would not go back.

Kari is awesome, I am happy to wait 35 minutes to see her specifically. Shes dedicated, loves her job, and it shows with every hair cut I walk out of there with. See Kari for your hair cut and you will not regret it!

Great experience!! Sam and Ashley are the bomb! Yes, I said the "bomb". I am oldschool. They cut my boys (6 and 2). They were patient yet fast and accurate!! Thank you both, my boys are looking fly!! We will be back!

Not sure why the negative reviews...but had an excellent experience and cut by Kim, left Franks due to long scheduling and impersonal service...Do not miss it one bit....very impressed
